Is it a ridiculous statement to say that Psu has a higher chance of 10aas than losing the tournament?

Not to my way of math.

Based on the 2/24 Flo rankings I had PSU at 22% chance of 10 AA's. I do not see the filed having a 79%+ chance of winning the tournament.

Of all your data driven, tour de force deep dive analyses, this is surely your most insightful.

They had to bring a dormant power plant back online so I could finish those calcs.

Between your Nebraska frolic and crypto mining no one is going to be able to charge their phones.

Maybe this should be revisited..... all the guys that have fallen today for psu.....

They’ll finish around 180 points and 40-50 ahead of the 2nd place team. At nationals, the gap just gets wider.

Take the bet if you’re serious, it’s that simple. I’ll go PSU -70 over Nebraska with you, you interested in that? Did the same with Vak and Iowa, he’s probably got me but I can break even at worst if you’ll back up what you post.

Let's revisit this when brackets come out. Alot left to happen. Carter taking an L in the finals. Alvarez landing on the same side has beau, otoole landing same side as haines, fearrii landing on same side as barr. All of those being possible quarter final matches.....

Haines/KOT definitely isn’t. Even if those guys drop one along the way, they score 15 instead of 20? 20 instead of 25? I know you want to believe and hope that they’ll lose, but you’re going to need a LOT more than just difficult matches and matchups. You need sickness, disqualification, injury, etc. You can pray for that stuff if you want I guess, but anything short is another landslide victory.

Look at B1gs the field will only be deeper at ncaas. You think Haines is head and shoulders over hamiti, karson h about beat Haines too.. he's not untouchable.

So let's say that PSU has some of the results that you predict.... what team rises to the top to cause them to "fall"? You can't just have a poor PSU performance, someone also has to beat them. Iowa? haha they are 47 points behind a mediocre PSU performance. Bob is beside himself right now. Nebraska? They are having their best possible tourney and still 26.5 behind. Oklahoma State?

Didn’t Kharcla lose in the quarters?

Yeah, Danny Braunegal beat him 10-7.

Exactly! Another advantage for Penn State and more disadvantage for a team like Nebraska ja. You know this. The deeper the field, the greater the advantage for a team like the Nits.

I don’t understand what you’re implying with Haines. He’s more likely to take 2nd or 3rd than win. It may be slightly below that even, but recent history with PSU wrestlers at the NCAA tournament suggests to not be pessimistic on possible outcomes. I think your problem is you base everything off hope and emotion, you’ve got to think more in numbers and probability.

Penn state quarterfinals will determine ncaas. Everyone besides Carter, kerk, kassak, and Haines will have huge matches that they won't be favored in half of them

Will determine it for WHO besides PSU? In order for them to fall, someone has to pass them. Who will it be? Someone has to rise up and take advantage of the "falling" of PSU.

On another note...Carter, Kerk, Kasak and Haines coming through to the finals and everyone else on the backside coming through to 3/4 will still result in an NCAA team championship.

Theres only 1 lock finalists for Penn state. Maybe Kirk too. The rest will have tough draws. Nebraska really closed the gap. Now add the Big 12 which is better this year to steal points from psu. It'll be much closer than people think

Perfect, so you’ll take my bet of PSU -70 with Nebraska at NCAA’s? I’m giving you 70 points.
