If you put in 100K on the 18th you would be a millionaire on the 20th just 48 hours later if you were smart enough to sell.. Wow. Side note: then you would have to pay taxes 300K.

Amazing that people are dumb enough to buy these. A few people will actually profit but most people are going to lose money. The Trump family will be the main people that will gain from this.

It's basically a donation to the Trump family and 99.9% of the idiots that buy these are already poorer than Trump is.

So how far back are we going to be when it's better off?  The majority of economic issues that Biden dealt with were supply-chain related issues that all stemmed from COVID, but he and the Dems didn't get a break for that.  Egg price and poultry prices are about to go up again as Georgia has shut down almost all production due to bird flue related issues, are you going to stick those raised prices on Trump, or are we going to show some nuance of thought now and realize that most of those issues are far outside of what the president has power to actually directly affect?

Bird flu is a different issue like covid is.   Biden doesn't get any credit for covid because he spent his way out of it and caused 9% inflation and we are living with the effects of that still.  He caused the current economic issues by spending another huge amount on covid spending then a huge amount on the green new deal/inflation reduction act.

Diaper Donald was a big part of the inflation too. It was going to ramp up to close to that, regardless of what Biden did. Biden continued the ridiculous spending after Diaper boy started it.

The inflation wasn't only caused by Biden spending.  It was also caused by massive Trump spending before that and huge supply chain issues that stemmed from COVID and Trump's initial handling of it.

Trump had a part to play due to the pandemic.   Congress (dems controlled) more than willingly chose to spend money to get out of that spiral.   We were coming out when Biden had another D congress appropriate even more and then spent crazy on green new deal and inflation reduction act.   Yes, Trump reacted to the issue and it was under control .   Biden made it worse.   Up until the pandemic the economy was running great.   It hasn't been there since.  That's why we have Trump again.

The economy was recovering, business was opening back up, schools were opening back up, the unemployment rate was going down on election day.  Biden shut it down, spent trillions on nonsense, shut down the energy industry.  Trump can turn a lot of the inflation back simply by exploiting the energy industry.

More good news.

You can use Trump's garbage coin to both line his pockets AND smell like him.

Trump's Memecoin $Trump Can Now Be Used To Buy Watches And Sneakers

Though Adam Kinzinger thinks that may not be a great idea.

Several sources confirm that his odor is absolutely horrid. Most likely due to his uncontrollable bowels filling his diapers.

Kinziger's comments only pile on. He's one of the only honest politicians out there, and that's why he was essentially kicked out of politics.

That's the leader of the most powerful nation on earth.

This seems like something everyone should agree on

Edit:  and yes they probably shouldn’t be able to trade stocks either.  But I bet neither side will agree to that.

The pot calling the kettle black. Politicians go to Washington DC with a nice bank account and in ten years (or less) they are multi-millionaires with 3 houses.

So we should just give up trying to stop it?

No. The legislation should include all the politicians and their staffs. Just to start with. With more regulations to be named later.

Sounds good to me.  The meme coin thing should probably include celebrities too

Trump will fight this with everything he has. He has now used three of these meme coins to enrich himself since the election. And his new SEC head just quashed an investigation of a crypto manipulator who bought one of Trump's meme coins in a naked attempt to achieve that exact outcome.

With the most transactional president in the history of presidents, meme coins are the purest way to purchase Trump's favor. I would expect more of this, not less.

If Zelensky wants to get all he desires from Trump the simple solution is to buy any and all unsold World Liberty, Trump, and Melanie meme coins. Then you will see Trump sing a very different tune. Hell, Zelensky may even want to start a new meme coin where the proceeds go to Trump.

I’m still confused by the World Liberty one, was that the one where buyers were literally prevented from selling it?

A little more detail on World Liberty.

75% of the proceeds (after initial operating expenses) go to Donald Trump. Before Justin Sun came along they had only sold 7% of the tokens, which was not enough to trigger the 75% payout to Trump.

Justin Sun's purchase of $30 million puts at least $15 million directly into Trump's pocket.

Then the SEC drops charges against Sun. Many on this board will either see those two facts as not connected, or will imply it is justified because of theories about Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden.

You said he shut down the energy industry. He clearly did not. Production rose throughout his term in office. As the chart and associated numbers provided by the industry clearly show.

It’s right there on your chart and in words at my link.  I’m not going to explain it to you any further.

It takes multiple years to go from a lease being awarded to a well actually producing.

The government didn’t stop the companies from producing 11,000M+ barrels a month in February 2021.

A cold front did.
