Well Gents we have 16 hours left of the Biden Presidency. Do any of you have any parting words for him , his cabinet members and his staff?

We were 1/8 of inch (In Butler) from having Kamala as President. Down in Florida if the shooter new not to stick his rifle barrel through the fence by 12 inches the secret service agent doesn't see him. Trump would have come around to that hole and the shooter would have had a 100-foot shot and Kamala would have been president. It's been a very long four years. I for one am relieved to have President Trump once again leading this country. Joe Biden and his cabinet have been an enormous disappointment.

Thank you for confirming the crimes of Fauci, Milley, Liz Cheney, entire J6 Committee on your way out.

Yes. The only way you pre pardon someone is if they were involved heavily in criminal activity. This will go down as the most corrupt President and party in history. I wonder why he has pardoned himself and all future democrats.

Problem is…. It normalizes this behavior.  Now both parties know they can do things like this and things will keep on keepin on.    It’s a disgrace.

Normalized behavior. Let's talk about that concept for a second.

It appears that the reason Biden found this necessary is because of Trump's ability to normalize behavior that had been considered outrageous and disqualifying in the past. Trump has proven that you can do and say the most outrageous things and people will still vote for you. You can brag about grabbing genitalia or standing in the middle of Fifth Avenue to shoot someone, and it will not matter. You can talk about using the power of the Presidency to seek revenge and people will shrug it off.

The list of examples could go on for some time, but I have things I need to get done today. Maybe there is a tik tok video where the Chinese government explains it all.

Bla bla bla.  TDS.  Bla bla tds.  It’s a disgrace.  I hope he spends the time to show the crimes these people committed.   Even if they can’t be prosecuted.

I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact the dear leader literally bragged about having an enemy hit list when he takes office covering anyone who dare speak against him or look into his numerous dirty activities, and will only surround himself with those who will bend over and lick the nuts.

Thank you for almost immediately providing an example.

Today feels like New Year’s.  The country gets to turn the page, gets a restart.  And there’s football.

Yes, today is a great for our country. At noon today will be the best part of the day. Tonight, hopefully the Buckeyes can alleviate the mistakes they made against Texas. I hope they can play hard for 4 full quarters and bring home a National Championship. It should a great game. Just a side note Freeman was a linebacker for Ohio State in college. Freeman has done a great job in just 4 years at helm for Notre Dame.

Can a pardon be revoked?   I don't think so.   Seems kind of strange to think about.

Would it take a law to proscribe the pardon power of the President?  An amendment?   It seems to me that there are many "laws" that describe and control powers granted in the Constitution.   But the language in the Constitution states:

Section 2.  The President shall be commander in chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the militia of the several states, when called into the actual service of the United States; he may require the opinion, in writing, of the principal officer in each of the executive departments, upon any subject relating to the duties of their respective offices, and he shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for  offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment.

It does not say ....  grant reprieves and pardons for potential offenses against the United States,...

So  many of those pardoned were pardoned for things they have not been prosecuted for.    I suppose you could interpret that as possibilities rather than determinations of blame.   I am unsure that the Constitution gives Biden the power to pardon potential offenses.   I will leave that to those that speak legalese.
