It's really simple if you use even the most basic critical thinking. You need only take two of Bo's loves into account: Guns and god. So who can we remove based on those teachings?

tOSU: false prophets

Michigan: godless heathens that place false idols (team trophies) above all else

OkSt: god hates fracks and the earthquakes are His way of telling Oklahoma to stop or else

Rutgers: the jersey shore is a modern day Sodom and Gomorrah

VaTech: Guns? VaTech has a culture of not shooting no matter what the scoreboard says

So that leaves PSU and Iowa. Let's dive in...

We all know Jesus was a carpenter. What tool do carpenters use the most? A hammer. That's why Carl famously loves hammers on top so much. But remember, Bo has that Machine Gun Mindset so Bo knows he needs to go somewhere 2A friendly that also supports biblical teachings such as turning the other cheek.

What does Iowa have? It has Marinara who is Jesus Trained. It has Sam Stoll who loves his guns. And it has Vinny Turk who forgave a teammate for shooting him in the dark of night. So lap it up hawkeye fans i can't think of anything more american than a biblical scholar toting his machine gun into Carver-Hawkeye Arena

With NIL and all does it matter if he commits?  He could make a commitment as a Jr and change three or four time if better NIL offers.  How many times did Kerk switch schools and there was no NIL bidding involved.

Has Bassett taken an unofficial visit to UM? That's the only school on the list where he hasn't taken or planned an official, though it's hard to discount Michigan's NIL coffers as @bnwtwg mentioned

Michigan was one of the first schools him and Forest went and visited

First off when he steps on college campus he will be older than most collage juniors.

Second, do we know if he has grades and test scores to get in.  He dumped the higher education standards schools quickly.

He does really well in the arts department, primary focus is on making the best collage anyone has ever scene

Hey Greenwave, you never responded last time I asked. Curious. How old is a typical RS junior in college?

I don't know if you're purely a troll, or if you are just woefully unaware when you make these statements. If Bo Bassett wrestles as a true freshman, he will be the same age as a RS freshman. But go on hating on a high schooler.

You’re wrong on his age.

I believe the Princeton coaches visited his home.

And Cornell was only recently eliminated, but I know some may argue they shouldn’t be included among “higher education standards”

I mean if he hasn’t shown an interest in agricultural science then Cornell may not be his best fit.  🤪

I'd make them do more than shovel the driveway 😄 I wonder if Morningstar's teammates jokingly ever referred to him as Lucifer, or Satan, or anything like that? Would be particularly funny if he was a really religious dude.

Someone get these guys a snow shovel.

Funny story.

Years ago my wife and I bought a cabin as a fixer upper project. We closed in February. There was a heavy snow the next day. On our way to the cabin we stopped and bought a couple of snow shovels. Mind you the driveway is 110 yards long, so my plan was to just shovel the end where the plows leave a mound and then take the four wheel drive SUV, build up a head of steam, and ram my way up the driveway. Well, about half way up there was a big drift and it was a wet snow.

Long story short, my SUV wound up on top of the drift with all four wheels off the ground. Turns out four wheel drive is irrelevant with four wheels off the ground.

So I decided to shovel under the SUV to lower the vehicle, but it also turns out that a snow shovel is particularly ill-suited to that purpose. The curve of the blade made it impossible to extend the shovel under something while also keeping the blade on the ground. Fortunately I found a coal shovel left behind in the garage by the previous owner. A shovel not unlike the one in Bassett's hand. 110 yards of shoveling later, about 5 of it on my knees, I cannot remember ever being as tired.

So maybe they just got done shoveling under Brands' car?

It was -5 in suburban Chicago on Tuesday without the wind chill, so yeah.

I can envision the Brands getting stuck and needing a different type of shovel. I retract my statement.

Jokes aside, I appreciate the recruiting effort that puts them at his house for the social media-famous 5 a.m. workout out, regardless of the need for shoveling and/or the appropriate tools for the job.

At least you weren't dumb enough to grab a flamethrower and try to melt the snow under your vehicle!

You forget Hotel Management - Cornell strong suit. Kid has seen a great deal of hospitality during the recruitment process, so he may have a post-wrestling career aspirations in that area.

Often wrong, but never in doubt.
