What a slime, just like most of Trump's picks.

Absolutely worthless post...maybe follow it up with why you think that and what from the hearing leads you to believe that??  We all know you won't because you are a worthless poster.

Too long of a list of significant concerns/items. He's a piece of toilet trash.

A drunk, an unfaithful husband, and a man accused of sexual assault walk into a bar.

The bartender says, "Table for one, Mr. Hegseth?"

Is he an alcoholic?  Sorry but if being unfaithful is so bad (I personally think it is bad) being unfaithful would negate about 90% of politicians.  And was he ever charged and convicted of sexual assault?

Is he an alcoholic? Many who know him have said yes.

And was he ever charged and convicted of sexual assault? I said accused.

If the only complaint about Pete Hegseth was that he cheats on his wife, it would not be a contentious hearing.

You must have had a real problem with Ted Kennedy then.  Bill Clinton is ok though.  Senator Mullin put the beat down on the Ds asking these questions stating that each one has seen or been drunk in an evening session and never demanded that any of them resign.   This was an exercise in feigned self righteousness and actual hypocrisy on the part of the Ds.

Outside of these things you have claimed which none can probably be proven other than the cheating accusation (which he may have admitted to already?), I personally haven't seen anything too crazy as to why he shouldn't be confirmed...he seemed to present himself well during the hearing and did a good job at answering the questions.

One thing is for certain is that if he doesn't do a good job, Trump has no problem firing people...ha

LOL...weak sauce and confirming that you can't post anything of significance other than throw out unprovable emotional statements and provide nothing to back them up...aka WORTHLESS

The biggest complaint seems to be that he worked at Fox, followed by: he was nominated byTrump.

Where were all the complaints about alcohol issues when the beloved "Coach Walz" was running?  Verifiable alcohol issues, not anonymous accusations.

They were everywhere, as is evidenced by the fact that you know about them.

What does that have to do with Pete Hegseth?

Just read up on good old Ted. Got drunk at a party. Supposedly taking Mary Jo to get on a Ferry. He was in area he was familiar with and turned right and went down a dirt road when he knew to turn left to get to the ferry. So he was drunk. He was cheating on his wife. He drove off a bridge and killed Mary Jo Kopechne (she drowned). He left the scene of the crime. He didn't report the accident (crime) until 10 hours later the next day. He only got charged for leaving the scene of an accident. The Dems called him the Lion of the senate. Chappaquiddick.

Nothing to do with Pete other than Walz was running for a position that is constitutionally higher up the ladder than what Pete has been nominated for.    So you have a problem with Pete but not clod Walz who are both accused of the same thing.  Now there is great look at D is good, R is bad.

One other thing. Pete went into battle with his soldiers and Walz ran away from the battle, leaving his men and fellow soldiers behind.

The point is, none of the high ranking Dems seemed very concerned about alcohol issues with Coach (lol) Walz.  Was there a thread on here about such issues?  Did you post about Walz' drinking?  I'm thinking not?

Are you talking about Walz' DUI arrest from 30 years ago and comparing it to Hegseth's documented and current drinking issues?

https://www.huffpost.com/entry/pete-hegseth-drinking_n_67869490e4b0d06aefb76db1

Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-Hawaii) first confronted Hegseth, a former Fox News host and Army veteran, about allegations he had a drinking problem.

“I have read multiple reports of your regularly being drunk at work, including by people who worked with you at Fox News,” Hirono said.

“Senator, those are multiple false anonymous reports peddled by NBC News that run directly contradictory to the dozens of men and women at Fox News Channel who I worked with and said they never saw that,” Hegseth said.

Looks like it is a case of she said he said.   Hegseth is calling bull on the "reports" and he was under oath while doing so.   So mush for the "documented and current drinking issues" concern.
