He definitely choked him from behind, it's as clear as day on video. He also had it very deep and as a trained Marine, he definitely has it tight and knew exactly what he was doing. His other hand was on top of the back of the head, which is used to secure a choke and make it tighter. So to hold somebody like that for 6 minutes you are definitely going to cause damage.

I once had a scuffle where I ended up in a similar situation, except I let the choke go after about 20 seconds when he went limp. If I held that for 6 minutes, I would have killed him and probably gone to prison.

LOL my understanding is that during Penny's time in the Corps, they received about one week of grappling training.  I read something to the effect of "27.5 hours" of training is received today.

Please, any leathernecks or others in the know correct me if I'm in the wrong.  My point is, Marines don't come out of basic training ready to compete with Gordon Ryan.

Regarding your scuffle: Was your opponent threatening a train full of people in NYC?  If so, you wouldn't have gone to prison.

None of which was your first statement, which he even bolded for you in case you got confused.

This is how people know that even you know you’re on the wrong end of this but just can’t let go, when you will twist, delete, add, edit things….even if they are right there in bold print for you…to make you feel more comfortable in your stance.

What you sound like in your latest posts - "Well I was there...on the peripheral...but I left before he actually got choked...so I know he was wrong with what he did...because I was involved in a situation where someone yelled something once.  I can prove it because there are pictures of me being there...not sure who or where the pictures are but I know for sure someone was taking pictures..."

What are you babbling about? Do your parents let you use the Internet unsupervised?

Take the L Trip.   Most on the forum disagree with you, the jury disagreed with you.   You can have an opinion that he choked out Neely, but that does not seem to be factual.  You say Neely was murdered but again, that does not appear to be factual.   C'mon man, just take the L man.

I know you’re full of shyte trolling here but I’ll bite.

how come you always have a similar situational story in your hopper of stories.  It’s almost like you make them up to fit your trolling narrative.

Because I don't live in a basement and actually get out and do things? As shocking as it sounds, using public transportation, living in a big city, and being present at a newsworthy protest isn't exactly all that special.

You must be completely unaware of how dumb you just made yourself look with this.  Did you even read?

I did. I remember when it happened too. Surprised he didn't go with that defense.

Just like in this case, where a person was given a sweetheart plea deal because they were drunk, I don't see why anyone else who strangles a mentally ill person on public transportation should say anything but they "felt threatened" and use this case as an example.

Well here’s the main part your dumb ass is missing….its not what Daniel said that got him exonerated.  It’s what all of the people who were there on the train and witnessed the event in its entirety said that got him exonerated.  Guess who was not one of those people. (I’ll give you a hint, he/she is making a real fool out of themself here). No that’s not me being PC, that’s me not being able to tell if you’re a boy or a bitch.

Sorry, some homeless guy looked at me funny and probably threatened somebody else so I had to do something about it.

You seriously have a problem with what I can only assume is your enjoyment of making yourself look extremely stupid.  Take the L and stop posting.

You’re the only one I know who can answer this from a place of authority.  We need your help.  How did you handle a situation where an illegal alien tried to set you on fire on a train?   Did you pull a Mr Miagi karate kid defense on a train?   Did you Jedi mind trick and say these are not the Americans you’re looking for?   Did you Mork and Mindy nanu nanu your way out of it?   Did you pull an 80s montage song and somehow out smart them?

Never had that happen. Did the guy Penny murdered try to light somebody on fire? The closest to that I ever saw was a guy pulling out a Samurai sword at a light rail stop to break up a fight.

This is hilarious.  I have been in a couple potentially life and death situations, one involving a firearm and one where I had a strong reason to believe a firearm was about to be drawn.  Overall, I am happy with how I reacted in those situations including verbally removing a potential shooter to a location away from others and to where I was the only one in danger of being harmed.  I talked him down and he ended up being committed to a facility.  That was 25 years ago.  I know how I handled it then, and am proud of it.  I am no way certain how I would handle the exact situation today.

You remind me of my supervisor who is 100% certain how she would handle an active shooter situation in my place of employment.  99% of us can talk a big game about such situations, but we don't know what we will do when the s____ hits the fan.  Myself included.

I don't agree that it is hilarious. It really isn't hilarious at all.

Good for you for being happy with yourself for how you responded to the story you've told us that we don't know at all.

"What you sound like in your latest posts" is complete and total BS.

Perhaps that's the way you perceived the post. But I can't imagine you truly believe you can speak for everyone else.

Unless, of course, you believe you can.
