Interesting study but pretty sure not the one I remembered, believe a different location and approach.  But it brings up a good point of except for Dr J B's and very few others work we didn't hear of many statistical studies in the US.

So you have a phantom study, from phantom doctors, in a phantom location, that nobody has heard of.

Cool story.

(You suck at this.)

It all boils down to what you learn in ivy league microbiology 101 and ivy league physics 101.  You measure how big the virus is and how big the holes in the mask are.  In the case of the covid virus and any mask that doesn’t have a pressurized system to filter the air, the holes are bigger.  It was described as similar to putting up chicken wire to keep mosquitoes out.

So "It all boils down to"... your experience in ivy league 101 classes? Are you sure about that? You took those classes? At an Ivy school? Which one offers those courses?

"It was described"? ... described by who exactly? And where? And when?

I don't want to post that you're full of BS - but it does appear that is exactly the case.

Feel free to try to make sense of it. I'll wait.

Most likely, because nobody in his office was infected at that point in time. That's how that could be.

Again showing how young and immature you are...you have no clue how braces and orthodontists visits work...it was not a point in time.  Masks did NOTHING!!  Keep on with your craziness and immaturity.

If you believe science show any evidence that me, my son, or anyone at the orthodontists office should be wearing a mask....we all are under the age of 60...I'll wait...

No need to "have your library with" - nothing urgent. All the conversations will be here when you get back.

Maybe "you should've just said lies?" Well, that would be up to you. But seems you not telling lies was the better choice.

You're right. I have almost no experience with braces. Nor do I care to. If questions about braces come up, I'll refer them to you.

But the science is clear in terms of masks. Masks work as shields from airborne particles.

The ability for masks to shield particles is highly dependent on how well they are designed and made.

Lower level masks - made out of t-shirts by 7th graders in sewing class are limited in their ability to protect.

Mid-level masks - the ones used by construction workers to filter out cement dust, sheetrock dust, etc. they work effectively for their purpose.

High level masks - the ones used by surgeons in operating rooms, and the one used by medical researchers studying things like Ebola outbreaks - are EXTREMELY capable of blocking airborne particles.

MASKS WORK.

The question isn't (and has NEVER been) if masks work - they work. As long as the right mask is used for the job.

Thankfully, the Covid pandemic is over and we don't need to worry about masks for now. It was an ugly time that I don't care to revisit.

The Covid "pandemic" was a scary time in our country...but not because of the virus, but rather how incredibly gullible and weak minded a lot of people showed during that time by letting the media and politicians control and scare them to the point that we nearly crippled our own economy and caused irreparable damage to our kids.  People began throwing science out the window for useless mandates in order to control a narrative.  It still has rippling effects today in terms of peoples mental state and their hysteria.  And the saddest part of all is we had controlled studies happening across the US (states with draconian mask mandates and lock downs and states with nothing) that people literally just ignored because they showed the masking and lock downs didn't do a damn thing in terms of the virus.  I'll never forget one of my best friends from HS is a teacher in Utah...he said they had to wear masks for two weeks (which he agreed did absolutely nothing because kids didn't wear them right anyway), that's it.  No lock downs, no restrictions and they never once had any massive outbreaks of Covid go through the school...hmmmm?

Maybe you missed the part where I didn't care to revisit Covid.

Maybe you missed the part where I give two snits about what you do or don't care to revisit...if I and others want to talk about it we will...

Does Trump do no background checking before nominating?

Or is Trump so bad at background checks that this was missed?

Or is Trump OK with this background?

https://ethics.house.gov/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/Committee-Report.pdf

Based on the above, the Committee determined there is substantial evidence that Representative Gaetz violated House Rules and other standards of conduct prohibiting prostitution, statutory rape, illicit drug use, impermissible gifts, special favors or privileges, and obstruction of Congress.

Drowning in data, but thirsting for knowledge

Wouldn’t you suspect behind the scenes Gaetz was asked to drop out of the nominee process and even resign from congress?

Kevin McCarthy must be laughing his ass off right now.

I wonder if any of these girls will be named and have to explain to their families why they were partying so hard and accepting cash for sex

That’s some weird victim blaming…

I thought you were against jumping to conclusions?

“Then, the very “witnesses” DOJ deemed not-credible were assembled by House Ethics to repeat their claims absent any cross-examination or challenge from me or my attorneys. I’ve had no chance to ever confront any accusers. I’ve never been charged. I’ve never been sued. “
