10-0 with some big wins.  Appears to be well on his way to supplanting Camacho at 125 for the Wolfpack (if he hasn't already).  Before Peterson injury defaulted out of the match, Robinson was on his way to a technical fall.  He had already majored Max Gallagher, Louis Gill, and nearly did the same to Diego Sotelo and Sheldon Seymour.  Will he be in AA this year? Will he even maintain the starting spot?

I think a situation worth monitoring is going to be how he manages his weight. He wrestled 132 and 138 his senior year but he then went to folk nationals in April and wrestled 152 so I assume his cut is pretty nuts.

If my memory serves me best that was his brother that wrestled 152 at folk nationals.

Chicago has turned out multiple Robinsons and multiple Baileys. When we find a family with good wrestling genes, we clone them.

They actually wrestled the same bracket, Vince forfeited to Jaydon in the semis and went on to take third.

Coaches Popolizio and Espo wrestled for Oklahoma State. The cowboys know how to shrink 'em!

I know Hayden sucked a ton of weight and Sean fausz was rumored to get up to 160 and suck down to 125 so seems to be sort of common there. Camacho obviously seems to be pulling a lot of weight too.

Then Hayden goes and wrestles 70 Kg!

Tariq Wilson sucked down to 133 for a few years too. Then finished his career a stud 149.

Yeah it sure seems like NC State cuts a ton consistently as a team year in and year out.

Wonder if this has anything to do with NCAA tourney struggles?  They haven't been wrestling to seed, despite having great early rounds.  Making weight two days and then three days in a row could be a factor.
