He's redshirting no?

Arnold mentioned him in his interview when talking about him, Brands, and PK.  If he wasn't in the conversation, I imagine he wouldn't have been brought up in the conversation of who is competing for the spot by one of the guys competing for the spot.

I hope we get to see Starocci torture Gabe Arnold this year at 184.

Don't forget the first ferrari to call Starocci out was Angelo....hate to break it to you but even if arnold is injured Starocci is screwed!

Unfortunately, I don't think Kennedy ever sees the starting lineup barring injury. Sucks. He and his family love Iowa.

I wonder what his plan was? Hard to see him getting the spot from caliendo, who i feel like is Iowa's most popular wrestler, and apparently he's third string at 174?

I don't know what his plan is but if he is consistently losing to the starters at 165/174 then maybe he should strongly consider 157. I think he might be out of luck because I don't think he looks like a 157

I know a lot of hardcore Iowa fans and they've been asking that for years. I don't think its possible.

He is killing it in freestyle but does he even crack the Hawkeyes lineup?  If so, where?

I don't see where he fits between Caliendo, Arnold and Brands.

No.

Oh and I forgot about Teemer and Buchanan too on the bookends.  There's simply no room at the inn with all the transfers.

As if 157/197 were realistic options for him. Lmao

Teemer is at 157. They didn’t pay him all that NIL to not wrestle him.

Hope to see Cstar go up against whom he called out at 197.  Wait.  He’s a bit chicken.

You know this, but for the people in the back:

Kennedy is super unlikely to start this year. If he wants a starting spot going forward, 157 might be his best bet (weird take though becuz Idk if he can make it). I think Gabe and Caliendo are better so he is probably out of the lineup unless injury or weird eligibility factors come into play

Imagine being a current U23 medalist and not being able to start on your NCAA D-1 team

Who is a current U23 medalist and not starting on their D1 wrestling team?

Did we ever see him at 157? Why do I seem to remember him being down there and looking like the cut was hurting him gas tank wise in a few of his matches?
