Wow...CNN even admitted Harris does terrible during live interviews and that is why she hasn't done any since being announced as Biden's replacement.   The debates should be interesting coming up here...or sad...for many reasons

But the media is trying to make it look like Trump is blinking.   Who blinks, the person who demands new rules or the one who says the current rules are fine?

The person that demands new rules. Her handlers are scared to death to have her in a debate with no teleprompter and no notes. I wish those in the debate could ask 5 or 6 questions to their opposition. It would be nice if the moderator would be totally neutral.

She has reached out to media asking who she should be interviewed by - In other words, pressure is getting enough that she is finally talking about doing an interview and wants the media person that will throw all softball questions and no serious questions.   Yah, she ain't afraid of nothing.

She  has done no pressers nor interviews since she assumed the mantle before the DNC, that's 37 days (5weeks), more than a month.   https://www.foxnews.com/media/kamala-harris-grants-first-interview-cnn-after-weeks-avoiding-press-joined-tim-walz

She has not had to explain her positions or answer any questions.   It is all related.   They are keeping her hidden for as long as possible for whatever reason you can imagine.   Why else would she not do a presser or interview?   They are scared for her to open her mouth.   Obviously she is trying to derail the debates with Trump.   So they are related.

Her handlers do not want her out in the public square speaking.   Because she does not do well when speaking.

Examples:

It is time for us to do what we have been doing, and that time is every day. Every day, it is time for us to agree that there are things and tools that are available to us to slow this thing down.

Our election is about understanding the importance of this beautiful country of ours in terms of what we stand for around the globe as a democracy.  As a democracy, we know there's a duality to the nature of democracy. On the one hand, incredible strength when it is intact. What it does for its people, to protect and defend their rights. Incredibly strong.  And incredibly fragile. It is only as strong as our willingness to fight for it. And that's what this campaign is about.

What can be, unburdened by what has been.

You exist in the context of all in which you live and what came before you.

I love Venn diagrams. I really do, I love Venn diagrams. It’s just something about those three circles and the analysis about where there is the intersection, right?

I love Venn diagrams.  Always ask, Is there a Venn diagram for this?  I’m telling you, it’s fascinating when you do. So, Venn diagram, those three circles, right?

I don’t know what’s wrong with you young people, you think you just fell out of a coconut tree.  You exist in the context of all in which you live and what you came before you.

Who doesn’t love a yellow school bus, right? Can you raise your hand if you love a yellow school bus? Many of us went to school on the yellow school bus, right? It’s part of our experience growing up.  It’s part of a nostalgia, a memory of the excitement and joy of going to school to be with your favorite teacher, to be with your best friends and to learn. The school bus takes us there.

So, I think it’s very important, as you have heard from so many incredible leaders, for us at every moment in time — and certainly this one — to see the moment in time in which we exist and are present, and to be able to contextualize it, to understand where we exist in the history and in the moment as it relates not only to the past but the future.

Yes, this is what her  handlers are very very afraid of.    With good reason.   She sounds like an idiot talking to all of us idiots out here, at least she apparently thinks we are all idiots.   She thinks she sounds profound, when it is anything but that.   So yes, the debate, the interviews, the pressers are all part of the same fear.   Kamala might speak and say something really stupid.   In fact, they have no doubt that she will.   Hence the request for notes at the ABC debate.   She is running for President and has been in the admin for 3.5 years, what does she need notes for?   She supposedly has lived it all.   Or has she?   She is the most unprepared nonintellectual ever to run for president.   And her handlers fear that will come out and us idiots out in the hinterlands might actually see it and make an informed decision.   Just my opinion.

I like how her campaign is the one that is scared to death, because they DO NOT want the mute button.  This is some of the best material yet…but it’s early.

its a ploy to get trump to interrupt her... so they can call him a misogynist

The man took a bullet to the head and stood up with a fist in the air and ‘fight’ from his throat and some numb skulls think he’s afraid to debate presidential policy with this airhead.

And so she can wag her finger and say, I'm talking now.   It is my turn to talk.   That's why they want the mics hot.

So….basically what you’re saying is it’s a strategy so that Trump can be Trump, and that would be good for them.

And yall are saying they’re scared?
😂😂

like I said. Great material.

They are trying anything to get pushback so they can say Trump is afraid and so Kamala can back out. If you aren't Hellen Keller you know who she is you either can admit it or you are in denial.

@Bigbrog, you keep hitting the confused button. What are you confused about?  You know I’m happy to clear things up and help.

Just not sure what point you are trying to make...is it laughable that people are saying Trump is scared?  Or is it because laughable people are saying Harris is scared??  Not sure your one sentence posts are very clear is all.  I was hoping you would eventually add more context to your posts, but you never did.

And I guess I didn't ask for clarity either as it really didn't make that big of a difference to me...other people just put more into their posts so it wasn't as confusing.  People dislike Harris and express it here.  People dislike Trump and express it here.  Welcome to the election season.

Appears she is afraid to go on Fox.   Trump went on CNN and will go on ABC and NBC.   What is Harris afraid of?   Trump is not afraid, proposes 3 debates and Kamala will not do 3 debates.   Why  is she afraid?  Why won't she talk to the media?  Why will she not take questions?   D's, if this is the candidate of your dreams, you should get better dreams.

mspart

So you're moving the goal posts. Afraid of the debate or unwilling to give a dishonest person the option of having a debate where fox will give them an advantage?

45 didn't really have a choice. Its not courage when you are forced by polling to do something you would rather not do. Consider Harris now. Why give up the advantage? You see it as fear because you need to to justify your opinion. It could be seen as political strength and know how and where to press your advantage. In front of a microphone is not a current advantage for 45 btw.
