Paid Letter: The truth about Tim Walz. Just a few issues with his military record. Was only a Master Sergeant.

Recommended Posts

Very easy to find the article. It's under ( The Letter: The Truth about Tim Walz.) It's in the West Central Tribune. Read and you decide. Maybe someone can post the article.

“Was only a master sergeant”.

Well, no.

He was a First Sergeant, which while a parallel E-8 rank, is a higher level than Master Sergeant. Saying that he never rose above Master Sergeant is not true.

Then, he was selected for, promoted to, wore the rank and served as a CSM. While he failed to meet the terms of his service obligation and was in fact demoted to Master Sergeant, the authors of the article do, in fact, refer to him as CSM multiple times.

He reminds me of our current President Joe Biden.

I was thinking the same.  Maybe thats why Kamala picked him.  Corn Pop and Mouse would approve.

They said "he served at that rank, but was never qualified at that rank, and will receive retirement benefits at one rank below."

LOL.

There are hundreds of GWOT-era CSMs and First Sergeants who never completed their required schooling before getting out.

Yet, they were still selected from their peers, promoted, wore the rank, and did the ***ducking** job.

I’d bet you a mortgage payment the guys who wrote the article yelled at their troops for having their hands in their pockets when it was 15 degrees outside.

Its kind of a strange promotion. You get the (conditional) promotion before you actually complete your qualification. Then he was supposed to serve 2 years active duty once he completed the 2year course. If those stipulations aren't met, you go back to Master Sergeant.

I’m aware of how military promotions work. Thanks.

I have a son and 3 son in-laws that have served in the Army. Two of them are still active. I had not heard of them getting any conditional promotions. One is a Major and the other is a Staff Sergeant.

There are conflicting reports on that. Just watched a Command Sergeant Major on television who served with him, that said otherwise.

Why are you defending such a sorry excuse for a man?
Here’s one of his quotes:

“We can make sure that those weapons of war, that I carried in war, is the only place where those weapons are at,”

They call that lie “stolen valor.”  He was never in a war.  His promotion was conditional, but he didn’t fulfill the conditions.  The Army claims it is retracted, like it never existed.  He drew pay to play army until it got real and then he waltzed right out on his guys.  That is no requisite for leadership.

No military anywhere has used AR15s.

From the linked article:

“On Wednesday, Augé said Walz served in the Minnesota National Guard from April 8, 1981, to May 16, 2005, after transferring from the Nebraska National Guard.

"While serving in Minnesota," she said, "his military occupational specialties were 13B—a cannon crewmember who operates and maintains cannons—and 13Z—field artillery senior sergeant," she said.

"In Nebraska, he served as a 11Z—infantry senior sergeant—and a 71L—administrative specialist. He held multiple positions within field artillery such as firing battery chief, operations sergeant, first sergeant and culminated his career serving as the command sergeant major for the battalion.”

There’s no doubt that he served as an acting CSM, but he was only given the rank conditionally, and didn’t fulfill his end of the bargain.  He never went to war, though he’s been implying he did for nearly twenty years.

He is a perfect fit for the democratic party. The liberal media is gushing over him.

That's what happens when you decide to act as a megaphone for quotes from dipshits.

Check your sources, or reap what you sow.

I recently read a post about a dipshit who made fun of Kamala's laugh... that's just stupid. All laughter is good, right?

Useless? The AR-15 seems to be plenty dangerous. Even against prepared Secret Service and law enforcement defenses combined.

Three weeks ago, a kid on a rooftop almost killed Trump with one.

At roughly 150 yards, the kid fired 8 shots before Secret Service or law enforcement could react. Killed an attendee and seriously/critically injured two others in the process.

Now, suddenly you post as if it's not a deadly weapon?

Keep posting like dipshits and that's all you'll ever be.

But, if you get your act together girls... nah, I doubt that'll ever happen.
