Just giving up on trying to get women voters, so that's wonderful!

I'm pretty sure the Supreme Court sent the decision on abortion back to each state. You are a smart man. I'm sure you are aware what Ruth Bader Ginsberg said about Roe vs Wade. She said and I quote"It is bad law". She is very pro-choice. Probably the most pro-choice Justice ever. She disagreed with the decision on 2 grounds.

That's not entirely true, she thought the ruling had the correct result but used the wrong argument; that it shouldn't have been based on the Right to Privacy, but instead on gender equality.  Look, if you think anti-abortion groups are on the politically winning side of this argument, go off king.

Sure, people can care about more than one thing.  All polling show this issue is paramount for female voters.

And what do the President & Vice President have to do with the issue?

Well, you see, the current GOP nominee  (and favorite to win again) ran (in part) on overturning Roe v. Wade, and would be responsible for signing any bills that come forward now, including a national ban.  And Vance, as VP, is next in line for the presidency presuming Trump wins, and Trump is an overweight near-octogenarian who eats fast food all the time, so he would have the same powers therein.  What's the argument here, they can't overturn Roe v. Wade a second time?  Like I said, I hope the conservatives think just like you.  Forefront their opinions on this issue!

I am just confused with a few things. When a pregnant woman is killed in a car crash by a drunk driver or crazed individual. Both the mother and her child die. The drunk driver or crazed individual gets charged with 2 murders. Why? I'm not trying to be smart. It looks like 38 states have laws concerning this.

This race comes down to 3 states (WI, MI, & PA) so Trump picked the Mid West guy.  Vance will pivot to align with Trump's campaign strategy.  VP candidates are for the most part insignificant.  Trump has a sizable advantage at this point.  Trump only has to win one of those 3 states I listed.  The only candidate the Dems have that could beat him this cycle is Gretchen Whitmer but Biden won't step aside and if he does they'll make the mistake of running a "coastal elite liberal" to win over midwest voters

Nothing. The supreme court sent abortion back to the individual states where it should have always been all along.

It looks like Biden will need all 3 . Trump will only need one. With Virginia ,New Hampshire and Nevada leaning red Trump may not need any of them.

No idea how you know how I think.  SCOTUS sent it down to the states correct?  If the P & VP could do something about it then why haven't Joe & Kamala?

Exactly.  I edited my comment to make that point.  And Nevada is not leaning Red, it's going Red.  But even if Biden took Nevada he'd still have to win WI, MI, & PA.  Trump has a massive advantage at this point in the race.  But NH and VA may be trending a little more Red but they are definitely not leaning Red.  Dems still have a lead in those two states.

Because the previous P and VP did something to get to this end and the way our government is set up, it's very difficult to unwind.  Come on, man, don't be purposely obtuse.

I don't necessarily disagree, although I'm not as "it's over" as you are with Biden.  I don't think he'll win, but I don't think it's necessarily DOA either.  I would rather it be somebody else, and I think a Whitmer-Shapiro ticket would be the best option.
