BREAKING NEWS: COPS WITH GUNS ALLOWED TO USE THEM

On a former President who has documents in boxes in a room. That the FBI had been there just 7 months prior, but did not take all said documents ( only 15 boxes) and was asked to put a better lock on the door to the storage room slash office. Yes, they should him shoot for sure.  Maybe they should just use a high-tech lynching instead  in some Kangaroo courts spread all around the country.

I think it all comes down to whose lingerie drawer do you want to dig through? Jill’s or Melania’s?

I'm sure they would go with Melania's on this one.

Most if not all agree with Robert Hur's findings . That Joe Biden is a well meaning, elderly old man with a poor memory. A jury would be sympathetic for the reasons stated above. It would be difficult to convince a jury to convict him of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.

That still does not change the fact a judge never ruled Biden unfit to stand trial and that is something several people on here have stated like it’s a fact which it is not.

Like you would support bringing this case to trial so a judge could say Biden is fit or unfit to stand trial.   If unfit, you would be happy.   If fit, you would complain that it was a Trump judge and was unfair.

Robert Hur took one for his future in the legal system. Smart guy, he will definitely be rewarded. What he said was true though. It would be hard to, in Joe's condition to convince a jury to convict him of a serious felony.

Yet he has the faculty to run the country AND to run circles around his staff while doing so.

I would not care at all if Joe Biden was brought to trial for this and found guilty. If he broke the law he broke the law and he should be in jail. There are far better candidates than biden. It is just very funny to see people be all about facts and truth yet parrot the same misinformation like a judge finding Biden unfit which is just false but we’ve seen multiple people say that on this board lol

Just a little sarcasm. Joe would have difficulty running the local Ice Cream stand. Joe would have difficulty walking to get to the Ice Cream stand. Even if he only lived a block away. But Joe would love working there. (Ice Cream)

The operative word is necessary.

If someone had presented a threat to them, would that not be necessary?

Or, should they be prevented from protecting themselves, because...politics?

It's standard for all FBI search warrants.

“The FBI followed standard protocol in this search as we do for all search warrants, which includes a standard policy statement limiting the use of deadly force,” an FBI spokesperson said. “No one ordered additional steps to be taken and there was no departure from the norm in this matter.”

I find it rich that people find it acceptable for the federal government to just show up at one person's house in the early dawn with 50-armed law enforcement officers, unannounced. There are also police boats in the water. Just to pick up some boxes with papers. I WONDER WHY the federal agents in January of 2022 did not take ALL the boxes with them. But they only took a few boxes and told  President Trump to put a BETTER LOCK on the door to the room. Then in another similar situation there are papers in boxes in office at a college in a  closet, in a person's garage at their house and at a beach house and the same federal government ask and makes an appointment to come by to just look around. Now appointment was made days in advance of the visit.

You know that's what happens with a lot of people, all the time, right? White collar criminals, drug gangs, cyber crimes, etc. The point of executing an unannounced raid is to not give the  intended target the opportunity to hide evidence of the suspected crime.

Also, these are not just "boxes with papers." Come on.

Incredible overlap between people who believe:

1) Cops shouldn't be allowed to bring their guns to execute a search warrant

and

2) Israel can kill civilians with impunity as long as suspected terrorists *might* be present.

Maybe they should call in advance to set up an appointment and greatly reduce the possibility of needing to use arms. That seems to be the normal protocol for this type of operation. It was the protocol for a very similar operation with a sitting President who was in violation of having top secret documents. I'm sure you were aware there were already 25 Secret Service officers already at Mar-a -Lago.

didn’t the FBI actually do that at first? Then they discovered he still had documents hence the reason they needed to do a raid?

They left boxes there from the first visit and recommended President Trump put a BETTER LOCK on the door to the room. Why didn't they take all the boxes? Seems pretty strange to me.

Helpful hint:

NARA is not a law enforcement agency and cannot seize anything.

It was a search warrant. That is exactly a "cops with guns" thing.

Ther were already 25-armed Secret Service agents at Mar-a-Lago.  These seems like a very poor decision on someone's part , to come in unannounced. 50 armed FBI agents and others instructed to take with force if necessary, serving a search warrant with 25 Secret  Service Agents who also armed and instructed to protect with force.

So you saying a judge found Biden to be unfit for trial was a sarcastic statement?

Somewhere there is a video, and I’m trying to find it but failing, of someone mocking like they are in Biden’s ear instructing him while walking to the podium when he trips over that sandbag. It’s one of the funniest videos in the history of social media, but I can’t find it.  Someone help…
