Doesn't matter which ADHD drug he was taking or if he had a prescription for it: if he didn't have a TUE for it, and it is on the prohibited list (which the above drug is), then he is in violation and is subject to penalties. I totally get how faith can help alleviate a lot of the pressure stress and anxiety that come with competing, especially at that level.... but just maybe, he beat DT because he is the younger dude and David was getting older and Brooks was becoming a better wrestler and in his prime. Same takeaways I had from that portion as well. He just about insinuated that DT leaked the Adderall thing too. "it's funny how these things come out when someone loses, looking for excuses". I was also interested to hear how he said DT and his guys "manipulated the room" and had secret training sessions to get an edge on Brooks. Cutting weight into the early morning hours, difficulty sleeping, early weigh ins, then competing by midday — against the reigning world champ. Hopefully USAWrestling gets this fixed.
