She was only called the Border Czar by every network known to man until she became the default D candidate for President. Then all of the sudden she was not the border czar anymore. She was only supposed to figure out root causes for the illegal immigration. But she couldn't/didn't even do that. The #1 root cause of the illegal immigration morass was the Biden admin signaling to everyone south of the border that it was ok, to come across the now open border.
