The Zain vs. Lee match was like a room wrestle off. Low scoring, predictable, not very exciting.   You find a way to squeak out a win and that's it.  Not fan friendly.

Gilman wrestled a strong match against Lee and it almost worked.   He didn't get the breaks on a quick stoppage when he was in on the leg.  He didn't get the break on what could have been a four, and even Lee's TD to a turn was something he might have prevented in retrospect.   The point:  these two guys are close, and Gilman seems to have the better gas tank the longer the match goes.

I have a better gas tank than Lee and I'm on my second mimosa

What about the other weight class finals? How will those work?

57 and 65 are the same. Two this morning. A third, if needed, tonight.

The qualified weights (74, 86, 97, 125) wrestle all three tonight.

Lee picked up that single leg and simply walked him out of bounds.   Thats meh       Lee fan

That's what I thought at first, but I think he took time remaining in period into account.  Didn't want a long scramble and wanted to get SOMETHING out of it.

Remarkably Spencer got a takedown and turn in the second despite his gas tank

Maybe, but Lee scored his points in the 2nd.  The more Gilman pulls on Lee's head to tire him out, the more Lee will time it and be in on his leg.

Exactly. He was timing that head pull perfectly.

Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.
