If Schwartz makes 133 I will be surprised. Also, Doesn't round of 12 Heindselman have one more year?

A ) Heindselman can pound sand.

B ) Mora followed Kish with the intention to start after his Redshirt.

C ) Trying to fit these three gents in to the lineup:
- Schwartz just announced he was returning to Oklahoma for his final season of eligiblility
- McDougald announced he was transferring there from Lehigh
- Belton just announced he was transferring there from Oregon State

The only way one of them doesn't sit is if Schwartz or Belton drop to 133lbs.

The same can be said for Carlson, Sax, Picklo and Parker from 165-184lbs.  The only way at least one of them doesn't ride pine is if Carlson drops to 157 and either Picklo or Sax make the drop to 165lbs.

I think it's more likely Belton goes 133 than Schwartz. Seems like Schwartz's 133 days are long gone. He's been at 141 for 2 years now. And I am pretty certain he transferred out of UNCO because he knew Alirez was dropping to 141 and he wanted to go 141 himself.

McDougald has never been at Lehigh.

My guess for Oklahoma

125: Jordan

133: Barreto

141: Belton vs Schwartz

149: loser of 141 vs McDougald

157: loser of 149 vs Wiley

165: Carlson vs Schubert

174: Sax vs Picklo

184: Parker

197: Buchanan

285: Heindselman vs Mora

I am an idiot.  This is known.

Not sure why I was thinking all excitedly and got McGonagle (133/VT) all mixed up.

If Carlson and Sax can make those weights I’ll eat my left shoe

Did Sax have a huge growth spurt?  Wasn’t he at 149 last year?

How do they get everyone in the lineup otherwise?

Picklo is the odd man out.

He has owned the series against Sax aside for a single decking.

I don’t see Belton making 133. If anything I could see him going up to 149.

Then a hole at 133lbs.

Unless Jordan goes there.

Sax is a handpicked kish kid. Picklo was there when he got there and IMO has regressed as a wrestler.  Plus I don’t see Sax making 165.   Also I think IF Picklo can get to 165 he’ll beat Carlson.

They have to have some sort of plan there for bringing all these guys in and Schwartz coming back.

Don't they still have Lorenzo on the roster as well? He was a 2x NQ at Poly.

I don’t think Teemer is gone. I see Larkin at 157 and Teemer at 165. Sucks fur McClane. Really liked how well he was wrestling at the end of the year. Gives them nice depth though.

Pretty much what I was thinking as well.

He could have regressed all you want, he still isn't as good when they both have taken the mat (when it matters).

Sax isn't very big.  Not sure why you think he can't make 165lbs.  Especially with Carr and O'Toole no longer at the weight, it makes 165lbs make much more sense.

This was February.

Sax. Getting better.  Round of 12

Picklo. Went from NQ to .500 record

I hope Picklo beats him out.  Just don’t see it happening.

Sax is very lean that’s why.

To me when it matters is during the BiG 12 and NCAA tournament
