Eagle26 Posted March 22 Posted March 22 Obviously, Starocci v Lewis has the most star power, but I’m guessing it’s going to be mainly a defensive battle. A few I think will be great matches are Hamiti v Carr, Haines v Robb, Andonian v Scott, Arrington v Gomez, Mendez v Hardy, and Noto v Ramos. 2

Depends on which Beau shows up - the one that opened up and beat Woods soundly in the Iowa dual, or the more tentative (and typical) one that lost at the Big 10 tournament. Carters bulky knee brace is obviously a hindrance but the question is does he remove it in order to defeat two former NCAA champs this afternoon? I definitely agree with others that Mendez is the favorite but Hardy has the potential to make it an exciting match.

I like Hardy as a wrestler and as a person after listening to a few of his interviews. It would be nice for him to win but this weight belongs to Mendez and OSU.
