The Babylon Bee nailing it again.

Maybe these climateer hoaxamaniacs can glue themselves to a passing hurricane in protest and to save the planet - if we even get a hurricane this year.

Seems like states and localities that depend on government paid research by professors at public and private universities to sue energy companies find it problematic that those defending themselves want to see the supposedly bought and paid for PUBLIC information (i.e. not personal emails, correspondence, raw data, etc.) upon which those law suits are based.

What a crazy concept that plaintiffs in lawsuits must be forthcoming in providing full access to all of their information in discovery also!  Lawfare is supposed to work only in one direction, right?  No fair for defendants to use the papertrail also.  The Freedom of Information Act is a liberal concept for the public to be able to examine what is supposed to be our open and accessible government.

Transparency and repeatability are two characteristics of science.   If there is nothing to hide znd everything the public paid for - including conversations snd correspondence - is immediately madd public then no one gets slowed nor intimidated.   All the researchers have to do is keep there records and data open and all is good.  You know, act science-y and not like they're hiding  the hoax.  No pockets, deep or otherwise, required.
