We can already build higher, whether sea level is rising or not, so that's a dumb argument. Either way, sea levels are rising. If you accept that and that man is causing global warming, that's my only concern.

I just read the beginning. Plastic is a problem because it takes thousands of years to biodegrade. A tax on that is appropriate. I'm not going to answer everything in that list. I don't really care about your specific local taxes at all, and, like I said, I have no opinion on global warming related taxes. 

You can divert, but your diversion is going to a subject that i really don't care much about. We should just lock up the pedo wingers though.

But my taxes are or are not scientifically going to fix this?  I just want to do my part.  As a scientist can you quantify how many dollars per degree of Celsius we save.   Surely science has this all quantified right?
