As a Penn State fan, I think it has to be Kyle Dake - although hate is not really the right word.  We certainly respect him and now he's a member of NLWC.  But he always beat our golden boy DT and it was frustrating to see someone so good fail time and time again to beat Dake (except in fantasy matches).

For Iowa is it Bo Nickal?  Never lost to an Iowa guy and embarrassed many (pinned Sammy Brooks multiple times, including once via an almost pornographic spladle at Carver-Hawkeye).

Guys who Welch on bets. Can't stand them. No matter who they wrestle for.

Should the (insert sports/ball team here) "Rivalry" game be phased out? Sure the fans tend to try to make it to games that have big implications. But some of these rivalries get pretty heated off the field/court/mat and can lead to real violence over a game. Or other collateral damage the trees at Auburn being poisoned, who benefits from that?   Granted sports is a money driven venture but culturally, should we be encouraging this kind of tribal-ism?

For Michigan my first thought was Johny Hendricks.  Ryan Churella beat him in all phases of that championship match.  Every call piled up against Churella.

But the hated rival is really this referee.  This was the 4th or 5th wrong, not even close call in that match.  Video review came about due to this debacle.

Well except for that final score thing/phase.  🤔

Right.  That is the point and thank you for making it.  Despite Churella beating Hendricks in all phases of that championship match including pinning him the score thing did not reflect the facts.  Hendricks was the lesser of Churella's opponents that day.

Also, I can come up with a still photo showing flying saucers & aliens are taking over our planet, doesn't prove its true.  😉

Really disliked Ramos during the feud him and Stieber used to have when he'd always get in Stieber's face after taking an L.

Ramos had Stieber on his back.  Stieber got the benefit of the refs in multiple matches because of who he was.

Trent Hilday. Hate isn’t the right word but definitely not liked. The tongue wagging while raising roof is childish. His brother is a class act

great rivalry with Bolen. Cumulative score from all those matches not real high but they battled.

Or Desanto

It's DeSanto and Kharchla.

DeSanto went all out and wanted to win. Period. I've forgiven him for his transgressions, so has Micic.

Marinelli was an Iowa guy. Te'Shan transferred in 2017 from PITT at 165. I do not remember Alex ever being an OSU guy? Quite possible I just forgot...

Watched a FLO interview with Haines, I was never against the cat, but he's become a favorite.

I just remember watching a flo interview I believe, of Alex saying Tom Ryan and crew weren't happy when he changed his mind and went to Iowa. Maybe just a verbal commit?

Surprised no one has said Dean Heil or Jesse Delgado yet...

I don't think many disliked Delgado-I was a huge fan- except PSU fans who cried because he shelled Miklogilus every time they wrestled.
