Sat a little too long since we had some late arrivals. Tasted fine but wasn’t super creamy. It might melt well reheated in the oven

i'm a fat kid and i love creamed corn and all its varients.

my personal favorite is Maque Choux

corn, onions, bell peppers (but i use jalapenos) + cajun seasoning - sauteed and then

finished with heavy cream.

I’ve done these a few times.   They have pretty good recipes too….

Similar idea. Difference is the ones I did you lay the bacon out, lay the beef along the strip of bacon then roll it up.

Got smoke tubes.   Now need to smoke some cheese.   We have family coming in August and will be ready for them.  By the way, I smoked a huge brisket for Mother's Day and it was really pretty good.   Used Hickory instead of Mesquite.   Hickory would be flavorful but I found that it is not so much in comparison.  

We have a lot leftover, we will be eating some tonight.
