Why didn't Hardy take top?  Got two stall calls and erased riding time.  You would think he'd go right back to his strength.

I actually hate the "gentleman's rule" in which they typically dont call the stall during that time frame.  it's like a free stall for the bottom guy.  But consistency is important too
