I will give another view here as a Christian. Kyle Snyder is a great athlete, amazing wrestler, and seemingly a bad guy. It gives Christian wrestlers a bad rep to have the face of Christian wrestlers getting busted in a prostitution ring. Yes, God forgives and if Snyder has truly trusted in the death of Christ as the full and satisfying payment for sins and truly believes that Christ has rose from the dead; then Kyle is saved and will go to heaven one day. Put there are still consequences in this life. I pray that he has repented of his wickedness (and that is what prostitution is) and becomes an advocate against it. That would be ideal.

So someone tells you that you sound like you’re not trying to have a conversation in good faith (basically) and sure I could be wrong but I don't know you so hey maybe. I don’t take it personal I just said you’re trying to define things we don’t fully understand…next to God we have the understanding of a child so yea you can have that relationship (and like I said everyone’s is different) but we can’t really explain love…with the definitiveness you seemed to want. I think your opinion is pretty common.  Obviously getting QV’s from hookers is not ideal for any married men, but his Jesus 24/7 persona made it that much worse in terms of the perception of his hypocrisy.

As to your last part, I doubt it.  To my knowledge he has never even publicly acknowledged the incident - all of his public statements outside of court have been extremely vague - I still I find it odd in his initial x post that he made sure to say he was working on his relationship with Jesus and his family, but listed Jesus before his family.

You’re definitely right about that…your conversations are as consistent as these get. And when they all crash and burn and turn into pages of name calling and personal attacks there’s one common variable…

As I’ve said before I do care about you man but talking and treating people like you do ALL the time or jumping in on conversations for straight malicious reasons…I don’t know why you’d want to do it. Doesn’t even have to be religious counseling just go talk to someone…

You keep saying these things but I don’t think you know what it means…

You’re the only one that has these issues with literally almost everyone on this site…if there were another I’d tell them the exact same thing. It’s not selective…

i pray for you someday to be consistent in thought and action...

i pray mostly for you to be endowed with even a fraction of the cleverness that you think you possess...

regardless if you continue to fail and be less virtuous than you should strive to be, you can take comfort that you can just ask for forgiveness when the time comes and it will all be ok!!!
