I don’t support a party like a drone I support politicians. I voted for John McCain as my senator once and last voted for Ruben Gallegos to be my senator. I voted for some republicans in the down ballot i I thought they would represent my best interests

Yes, just as designed by the founders.  The states legislatures should be able to appoint competent representatives for their states interests.  One of the things wrong with the senate is that it’s becoming too much like the house.  There’s no reason to have senators wasting millions of dollars and months of time campaigning.  Pay more attention to who gets elected to the state legislature.

Yes, just as designed by the founders.  The states legislatures should be able to appoint competent representatives for their states interests.  One of the things wrong with the senate is that it’s becoming too much like the house.  There’s no reason to have senators wasting millions of dollars and months of time campaigning.  Pay more attention to who gets elected to the state legislature. 

Slavery in the US was designed by the founders, why shouldn’t we repeal the 13th as well as the 17th since you’re an originalist? The state legislature picking who represents the states equals to mob rule with the majority, which you and other conservative have said is not the way to govern, and guarantees back room deals with politicians selecting other politicians to get their interest in over the common man. Like a significant poster says on here, all politicians are trash so why let the trash select the other trash to rule over the tax payer who has no say in their election?

They created a new nation. Where they said everyone one is equal. Well some are more equal than others. They could have outlawed slavery and freed every man in bondage yet they decided to keep slavery in the new nation.
