Wins against dominion voting systems. Big report said to be dropping soon. Maduro is singing like a canary.

The idiots at Fox News paid 800 million to settle with the company that we now know was corrupt.

Holding my breath. Where u get this dumb idea? Twitter?

This has gone through the courts many times and u idiots still convince yourselves there was a grand conspiracy, with essentially zero evidence.

Dominion Lawsuit against Lindell: The company (which was rebranded as Liberty Vote following a buyout by a former GOP election official) voluntarily dismissed its $1.3 billion defamation suit against Mike Lindell and MyPillow.

do you know how to use the Google machine

So what's the significance of this? Does it prove a bunch of voter fraud? What's the " big report?"

Im shaking...

Apparently they didn't want to get to the discovery phase. I wonder what the don't want people to see?  Did you notice how the entire continent of South America all went to the right? I'm guessing it wasn't a sudden change. Bottom line is Dominion couldn't put their money where their mouth is.

Unlikely.  Didn’t Dominion Voting change ownership last year?  I suspect the lawsuit wasn’t a priority of the new ownership.  A win for Lindell,  it not for the reason you list.  Quoting from Wikipedia

“In 2025, Scott Leiendecker, a former Republican Missouri election official and leader of e-pollbook manufacturer KnowInk, purchased Dominion Voting Systems under a new company called Liberty Vote.”

Just spitballing some logic here, but I wonder if it could be that new ownership came in (which happened last year), saw the huge win Dominion got against Fox (which included not only discovery, but testimony under the penalty of perjury, official documents, etc), combined with the fact that Lindell is basically broke because of all the other lawsuits and actions against him, and continuing the lawsuit would be a huge expense with virtually nothing in return.

It appears much more a smart business/financial move than it does a defeat or surrender.  But spin is a very powerful thing these days, especially for one track minds. And unfortunately, there are currently a whole lot of one track minds.

It’s dangerous to have a one track mind. You have to be open to both sides of a story and have the patience for the truth to come out sometimes.

COVID Lab Leak: “No, COVID didn’t originate in a US-funded Wuhan lab — that’s just racist conspiracy nonsense.”

Government-Big Tech Censorship: “No, the government never colluded with Big Tech to silence conservatives — that’s paranoid fantasy.”

Hunter Biden Laptop: “No, Hunter Biden’s laptop wasn’t real — it was just Russian disinformation.”

Youth Gender Transitions: “No, rushing kids onto puberty blockers and hormones is perfectly safe and evidence-based.”

Border Security & Fentanyl Crisis: “No, the southern border isn’t wide open and encouraging record illegal crossings.”

Agree with this, hugely. And this is but a small fraction of the examples one could present.

I'm not sure how much can be drawn from this.

Dominion was purchased by someone who based on a surface level search probably has significantly less interest in pursuing Lindell.

Lindell is already not paying a number of judgments against him, so even if they saw this through, it would only be a symbolic victory more than likely. They already got both the symbolic and monetary victory from Fox.

The suit was dismissed following a confidential settlement. The only thing we know about the settlement is that both sides will pay their own attorney fees. I would say that is somewhat in favor of Lindell, but I don't think it portends some huge revelations are in the offing about all of this. Again, it seems the simplest explanation is that the new owner doesn't feel nearly as aggrieved about what was said about Dominion in 2020 and wants to move on and not have the company's new name associated with Dominion (but I'm sure does want to maintain the contracts).

Sounds reasonable.

But the pillows are still the best?

Well there is an 800 page report the feds are about to release so we won't need to speculate much longer. Although we do have Trump saying they did cheat and they have all the proof. Do you think it takes 800 pages to say they did nothing wrong?

Everything he says is a lie.  When asked if he always lies he said yes.
