Please put Charlie words in the context in which he said them. Unless you can regulate Hateful people, Evil people and Mentally deranged people you will not stop them from killing others. They don't need guns in order to kill others.

Yes. If the mistakes were a random walk (statistically) then no one would be carping . Or everyone would. But when the mistakes are skewed there is someone tipping the scales. BLS is in a 92% partisan location. My hypothesis is that their statistical errors are statistically significant which shows a causation effect. Maybe one of our numerically gifted colleagues can prove or disprove my hypothesis.
