Definitely not the same deal Epstein got. What is not of conflict regarding the only sentence Epstein got is that he spent one year in jail, in which he in fact was under work release and only had to spend the nights in jail. Still remains to be seen if this report about Maxwell’s eligibility is true or not. BOP has been given the opportunity to deny the claim but they have yet to do so.
