At the age of 7 or 8 most people know the difference between right and wrong. If they are in doubt, they ask their mom or dad. -
The 3-Point Takedown: Friend or Foe?
Caveira replied to Wrestleknownothing's topic in College Wrestling
Why do some say the hardest thing for a freshmen to adjust for is learning how to get off bottom then ? -
Yeah, not "formally." I said "not officially" but there's a huge relationship and influence between the two

antifa isn't sponsored by the GOVT Not officially but the fascists are a strong component of a lot of their beliefs & principles. For all practical purposes, YES, to a significant extent. Enough that I consider antifa to be a "fascist Governmental fundamentalist organization."

I haven't watched it nor do I care to. But does it tell Jordan's side of the story. Does it delve into how he had no authority in the issue or said parameters. Does it delve into the culture of universities in general and their shoot the messenger mentality related to academic fraud or other as reported up to higher admin. Did it address where Ohio St fit in that regard versus other peer universities. Clearly it wasn't right but why didn't grown men rise up and stop it? That aspect of PSU and MSU is perhaps more understandable. Did it lay out the theory that this is a Big 10 problem given 3 major universities. Again idk. -
So just not one. Got it.

The US has a great chance this year and is easily the frontrunner to take the WFS team title only because Susaki, Fujinami, Sakurai and Kagami aren't competing. I think this is the final list of World Team members. One thing to note: I'm not sure if North Korea has qualified any athletes, but if they have....they are extremely tough outs. I still think all of them are on "something", but that's just me. -50 kg Yoshimoto(former Senior WC) One of the favorites for gold, but her offense isn't nearly as dynamic as Susaki's. -53kg Murayama(Okuno, former 3x senior WC) One of the favorites to win gold -55kg Sowaka Uchida(former 2x U17 WC, U20WC) 19 years old. It's hard to make any prediction here since she's never wrestled at the senior level outside of Japan, but she is very, very good. Technique will have to be almost perfect do to lack of strength and experience. -57kg- Himeka Tokuhara (former U2 bronze)Complete and an absolute surprise that she won this spot. Doesn't score very much, stingy on defense. Definitely nowhere near Fujinami's level. Low medal threat. -59kg Sakura Onishi(former U17 U20 WC) 19 years old. Won gold at the Senior Asian championships, definitely a medal threat. Technique will have to be almost perfect do to lack of strength and experience. -62kg- Motoki(former Olympic champ, senior silver, bronze) Gold medal threat -65kg Miwa Morikawa(former Senior WC) High medal threat -68kg Ishii(former Senior WC, U23 WC) Medium medal threat. Can medal or completely lose out. If anybody remembers, she lost in the 2023 Sr WC and placed 5th. That opened the door for Nonoka Ozaki to win the Paris 68KG spot. -72kg Masako Furuichi(former Senior WC) High medal threat -76kg Nodoka Yamamoto Has never made a Senior WC team, low level medal threat

Could Spencer salvage the Bassetts?
Mr. PeanutButter replied to Jimmy Cinnabon's topic in College Wrestling
Both parties have fully moved on. There is nothing to salvage nor a pathway for doing so save a regime change in one or both parties (new Iowa coaching staff, new Bassett patriarch) -

I have never seen nor heard of a referee showering at a high school or college especially the athlete's showers. Has anyone else ever heard of a referee showering at a school. -

Good question...honestly, I didn't see, nor not see in the documentary that I would say wasn't true...my point is that I personally would never say any documentary is 100% correct as I am sure that there are things about said documentary that wasn't included, left out (on purpose or otherwise), or wasn't available to include in the documentary. Anyway, that is just how I view any documentary that I watch, and I love watching them...more than I do a movie. -
Yeah, Spencer could privately pay for Bo and his immediate family, Bo's aunt, uncles and 1st cousins to come to Iowa City every week. Problem solved.

We use jury trials to determine if we are taking away someone's freedom or we're going to force them to pay money/do something they don't want to do. Other than that, we make our determinations every day if we think someone is guilty or innocent of a crime at whatever standard we as individuals deem needed. -
QAnon is not a Christian fundamentalist organization in the formal sense—there is no church hierarchy, doctrine committee, or membership roster like in traditional religious institutions.

Idk but I invite @VakAttack into the discussion to explain about straw men and expound on why we don't use documentaries instead of jury trials if they are absolute truth. -

How much Leeway would Iowa give Spencer to sway them?

Very true,Technically he is slightly older then when I started my sophomore year in college.

Huh? Are you sure you're responding to the right person? What I said, with numerous citations (and I can provide dozens more), is there is a clear racial disparity in the distribution of NIL benefits in college athletics, in that black people receive a disproportionately low share of NIL dollars relative to their participation. Reread my comments. If you'd like to dispute that with actual credible evidence rather than just your say-so, and without changing the subject, feel free.

Have to wonder how being with JB all week for the Alliseeisgold camp is playing into this process. JB seemed to really enjoy his time in stillwater and is obviously not the biggest PSU fan. Bo also has a camp in stillwater in the next few days.
