You might be able to find some law enforcement union somewhere where the leadership isn’t 100% officers from that agency, but I don’t know of one. There are hundreds? Thousands? Of locally organized police unions in this country. Even if you find an exception it will not change the overall conclusion.

I am really excited for Carr. He is slick and should match up well with the senior euro style.
