  1. Past hour
  2. It should have been the first, and the rest weren't necessary.
  3. Art, Art, Art. Tell me you are not becoming caviera and just blindly accepting an AI summary. Tell me you are not being taken in by AI's habit of taking two things one person said about two different, but related, subjects and claiming they are about a single subject. Tell me you know that the investigation Warren called for was related to the $16 million settlement over the 60 Minutes edit and not related to The Late Show's cancellation. Dude, AI makes shiit up. It is what it does. It wants to answer, even when the answer is wrong. This is what is so insidious about it. Against my better judgement I read some of the AI summary. And I instantly regretted it. At least you were honest enough to say it was an AI summary, unlike some others.
  4. How about liars?
  5. What is the last sentence in my post ?
  6. Ed Ruth was a swimmer too BigRedFan who posts here has a pretty fast 100 free time as well. It's a great sport. Very zenful. You should try!
  7. @Idaho do you know Ryder Owen's (16u Fargo Champ in Greco) relation to the Owen family is?
  8. What? If the allegations from the Obama documents show that they tried to interfere with the incoming president and his team, that would be grounds for prosecution I would think. Where in the law is that allowed? Don't get me wrong, there will be no prosecution of Obama. If anything they will go after Comey and Clapper and maybe some other underlings. Obama is presumably safe. But that is not the question. The question is if the SCOTUS decision protects him from this or not. I say it doesn't as hindering an incoming President is not part of the Presidential duties outlined in the Constitution. mspart
  9. 17 of the "intelligence" agencies wrote what they were told to write. Even the 14 of them that DNI Clapper declared were not part of the hoax. Are those other 14 agencies just FOMO Hoaxers? Freelance Hoaxers? Just hoaxing on rumors of made up fakes elsewhere or only when told directly to fake information? Hoax Ninjas all up in those "intelligence" agencies!!
  10. AI Overview Democrats in Congress and other public figures have raised concerns and called for an investigation into the cancellation of "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" by CBS . These calls for investigation stem from the timing of the cancellation, which occurred just days after Colbert publicly criticized CBS's parent company, Paramount, for settling a lawsuit with former President Donald Trump. The settlement involved Paramount paying Trump $16 million to resolve a lawsuit he filed over the editing of an interview on the CBS News program "60 Minutes". Many believe that the cancellation of Colbert's show, a frequent critic of Trump, might be a politically motivated decision rather than a purely financial one, as CBS and Paramount have claimed. For example, Senator Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts questioned the settlement's nature, calling it potentially "bribery" and calling for a federal investigation. Representative Pramila Jayapal of Washington has also stated that "People deserve to know if this is a politically motivated attack on free speech" Warren called for an investigation. Jayapal says the people deserve to know... How will they know without an investigation? Presumably, the admin won't go after CBS for this. So it will be up to Congress to go after this. How do they do that? Holding hearings and investigating. It's called deductive reasoning based on what is said and what is said means. mspart
  11. Serious allegations are just that. Serious allegations go unsupported by facts often. But Pam Bondi has the facts on her desk unless the facts do not actually exist or they do exist but they are not facts because they were made up by Obama.
  12. Lower the temp, easy on the top-p bro
  13. It might be true FIFA president gave the trophy to Trump in the Oval office and it might be possible that he was authorized to keep a medal. I don't know and you don't either. Yet you assume and base a whole thread on that assumption. mspart
  14. What the? Another one??
  15. Not one of those tweets is a call for Congressional hearings. And the Writers Guild of America is not a Democratic politician. So, still no "Democratic politicians... calling for a Congressional investigation"
  16. Headlines are cheap. Allegations given to DOJ. They are serious allegations taken from documents from that time. mspart
  17. Taz is ridiculous. He looks like a lazy aloof dude who should be teched off the floor in about 30 seconds. Then he ends the match in about 28 seconds leaving you confused what just happened. Absolutely effortless not sure he even breaks a sweat.
  18. Again. They never receive the original trophy. They always receive a replica.
  19. Things I learned in this thread by deductive logic: Morningstar posts here Morningstar was sent to the zoo Starocci snuck into the zoo and smuggled out some DNA samples
  20. Pocahontas herself? Schiff? Sanders? The ag of ny? https://thehill.com/homenews/media/5409088-writers-guild-accuses-cbs-bribe/amp/ None mention congress though. Standard political grandstanding.
  21. I think I mostly agree but I feel more optimistic about making wrestling a little less fringe. Maybe not mainstream level but I do think the sport has potential to be a lot more popular. After all, it is significantly more popular in many other countries. As to your other question, being a former swimmer, I actually watch swimming more often than wrestling. Having recently discovered a love for sprinting, I have started to follow track pretty regularly
  22. Most of his posts are
  23. That doesn't mean it's not true. There's video of him pocketing a medal. The head of FIFA isn't going to tell him he can't have it, or that he can't keep the trophy intended for the CWC winners. FIFA might pull the games from the US anyway. So just because it's not in the news now doesn't mean it didn't happen. Unless you have the attention span of a goldfish.
  24. Who says anyone is calling for Congressional hearings? Just Hurley. And he offers zero support for that claim. Take note that Hurley makes several statements in the opening paragraph that he backs up with links to related articles, but he has no link to his claim that Democrats are calling for hearings, and he names no specific politician. Hurley claims that Colbert is slanted (he is), but he appears even more slanted to Hurley because Hurley is just as slanted in the opposite direction.
  25. I'll take it but it would have been nice to get us fans informed on it earlier. 6-4 is pretty respectable. mspart
  26. Hamiti is just inexperienced imo. Hopefully this isn't his last international competition of the year
