He got a bunch of minorities jobs, that was bad. He add 7,000,000. jobs. He had record low unemployment for African American, Latino, and Asian workers. For someone who hates minorities this was a major failure. Not only did he achieve record low unemployment for these minorities he had record wage increases. He actually had blue collar wages out pacing management. He failed to put those people back in chains like Hillary promised he would. Before Trump we had 2.5 million more people in poverty. Most I assume were black or brown. Now these people can't be as easily controlled by government programs. That's not what I voted for. We need more cheap Chinese trinkets and less American manufacturing. And don't get me started on Prescription drug prices. I'm heavily invested in big pharma. And those tax cuts, what was he thinking?

White Conservatives are the biggest threat

I'm absolutely calling BS on this. There is absolutely no way this is accurate. -
Anyone knows when a person is assassinated the proper response is condemnation. Human decency and common sense dictates a sympathetic response. Your inability to do that said everything anyone would need to know about your character.

Do you think the FCC would have a problem with a cable show off the air for decades?

Not saying he wont. But Lee is not spring chicken at 57 kg. A lot of light weights age in dog years.

It just keeps getting weirder with Steveson
GrandOlm replied to Wrestleknownothing's topic in International Wrestling
Well, he is moving away from the world of sport and into the realm of prize fighting and showmanship. I think it's pretty common for prize fighters (aside from maybe top prospect boxers) to take fights in multiple styles. -
I’d say Carr’s words still stand, and they’ve been warned.

It wasn't, it was in response to a comment. Nice try on building your strawman. -
If someone asks you a question you should be allowed to give an honest answer. That is what CK was fighting for - open dialog, discussion and debate. Now going out of you way to post opinions is different than answering a question. I also think the majority of people would feel that a targeted assignation is different that an accident fatality.

If the 61kg grouping is true, it is very apparent that he is not in touch with wrestling. For one abas has not competed at 61kg since 2023 and he has pretty visibly not been the same guy nor has Vito.

Never speak of politics at work. Pretend you didn’t hear it too.

The moment Khabib called Azarpira the Iranian is the moment I call 0 chance on him competing. If you are running a wrestling tournament you need to know the names of the guys you are inviting. Especially since that "Iranian guy" is an olympic bronze and world silver medallist. That sort of attitude is why wrestling hasn't grown internationally as it should have. It's a shame because Khabib could be really key to growing the sport but I don't think the Iranian federation will allow it anyways since Azarpira is competing at the Islamic Solidarity Games.

Was it definitively 97 KG? Zare is Iranian...

If grass roots wrestling can be developed in those countries instead of relying on foreign imports there will be more eyes on the sport of wrestling. The Greek guy that just won at 79kg is going to bring far more eyes to the sport of wrestling in Greece than Kurugliev ever could. Part of international sport is having a connection to the athlete that is representing your country. If they don't speak the language or understand the culture how are you going to make people interested in the sport. Look at the Hungarian greco team support vs freestyle the Hungarians come in big numbers supporting their guys whilst they don't do that for Baitcaev and Kuramagomedov in freestyle. There is a reason for that. The more eyes on the sport the more money and excitement as a result.

I just don't discuss that kind of stuff at work. Less hassle that way. I don't compliment women on how they look. Could get a sexual harrassment claim against me. I just don't say anything other than work stuff at work. mspart

I'm sure some of the "free speech" advocates here will love this. I mostly work remotely, I don't want to give too much detail, but I have to go to the office maybe once or twice a week. The guy who owns the company, and it's a fairly large operation, is openly Republican and crooked. Like he made political donations to keep state investigating away. So on one of my office visits, somebody I know asked me about Charlie Kirk and my opinion. I told them the truth, which is I'd never watched or listened to him much and was fairly indifferent to his death. I said that lots of people get killed by gun violence so I don't know why this is such a big deal. Took a while, but that made it to one of the higher ups. Had to get on a zoom meeting about it today, and I told them that when it comes to these things, I don't ask people about it, because it's none of my business and I don't really care. Kind of got the stink eye over it, but I didn't say or do anything out of line. They just wanted to "make sure" I'm not creating a hostile work environment, even though I barely see anyone in person. Even if I had said more I doubt they'd do anything. This was just for show more than anything.

That would be a shame there is really nobody else on that level to make it a real 4 man I guess they could get ktsoev but he is not proven on the world level.
-
I think Khabib said they are trying to get Azarpira, or the Iranian as he called him. I'll guess Azarpira doesn't participate.

Mikey Schitthauler is a good wrestling name but surprised he's not transferring to team Porta.
