You are not required to roll down your window all the way. You are required to roll your window down enough to hand over your id (which he did without even being asked) and see in. Partially rolling down your window is compliance, that’s just simply a matter of law, not opinion. Now, SHOULD he have kept it rolled down all the way, yeah probably. But that’s not non compliant, that’s being stupid, which is not a crime. I went and found a video that had the transcript, in which you are correct the first officer does in fact say you know what get out of the car, get out of the car get out of the car. Each time Hill says okay I’m getting out. And being that as soon as the door opened his foot was reaching for the ground, yeah pretty easy to say he was getting out. I’m more than comfortable saying Hill was wrong here (again) but also more than comfortable saying the cop was wrong too. It appears not everyone is willing to see that.

He had already re-rolled the window down, with the first officer looking at him, before the second officer came and said we’re not doing this, before that officer opened the door, before HIll started to step out of the car, which was before the officer grabbed him and face planted him on the ground. AGAIN…Hill was wrong in his attitude. No question about it. That doesn’t mean the second officer was right.

Granted, “full weight” is an exaggeration, fair is fair. But I think it goes without saying that he has significantly less support from within the party than he did the first two times, particularly in 2020. I’d venture to say he has less support…from within his own party than any presidential candidate before, or maybe more fair to say has more from within the party endorsing and voting for the other party. As for what count she needs to get to to win….no idea. But I am fairly confident it’s not going to be as close as many believe. I don’t think he’s going to hit the number he did last time by a long shot. I believe there are a number of conservatives/republicans who are just simply not going to vote that line. They can’t bring themselves to vote for the democrat…but they’re tired and want to move past the Trump era. -
What I saw: The officer approaches and knocks on the window, Hill either is already rolling down the window or was already in the process, kind hard to tell from the angle but seems like the knock and window starting to come down at the same time (compliance). He rolls the window and hands the officer his license, and says “don’t knock on my window like that” a couple times. (No need for him to say that, was just a tap). Officer moves to the front of the windshield and hill rolls the window back up. Officer knocks a couple times again and tells him to keep window down. He rolls window down partially. (Compliance). Second officer comes in escalating the situation, says we’re not playing this game, get out the car now, and opens the door. As he opens the door Hill starts to step out of the car with his left leg (compliance)…after which (and that’s important since we’re claiming non compliance here)…officer grabs him at the back of head, and puts him face first on the ground (you can nitpick over whether or not he was “thrown” to the ground). Hill had an attitude in saying don’t knock on my window like that, he didn’t need to go there. However, that is not an arresting offense, telling a cop not to knock on your window like that, while not called for, is not a crime. Officers have an obligation and responsibility to deescalate situations like these, not escalate them. While having an attitude he did comply with their instructions. The second officer coming in completely escalated the situation and took it to a level it didn’t need to go. Both he and Hill are wrong here, but it may turn out to be that only one of them committed a crime. We shall see…

And in return, it was an honest answer, complete with a statement made by one of the authors and close confidant. So again, one of the authors, who was also in his administration, makes a statement that he is in full support but needs to try to distance himself......is just anecdotal stuff that people are inferring. "Got it". Or maybe you just want to believe that he has nothing to do with it, because, dear leader cannot lie!! But the difference between me and a number of people on here, I'm not interested in trying to get anyone to believe a stranger on a message board, otherwise I could have provided any one of the number of links on this subject. I prefer people learn to dig information with an open mind. It's how we grow. You're right I have no idea where you get your information. But being you keep saying you can't find things that are more than readily available...well it certainly is interesting.

So that when homeboy loses again everyone can follow him in crying STEAL STEAL STEAL How about a little wager on whether or not he gets 80 million votes? I don't feel like he is going to match his vote total from last time. When you consider he had the full weight of the Republican party last time and he still couldn't win, and now you have the vast majority of his advisers and cabinet from his administration saying he is unfit, a many number of prominent conservatives saying he is unfit and endorsing the other candidate, top military leaders saying he is unfit, all combined with the very bizarre "woah is me" tirades he goes on every time he has a microphone in front of him or a phone in his hand. I just don't see it happening. -

If you believe he is going to get 86 million votes, yes please! Would like to make a wager on this. The overall vote count is not even going to be close. -
Maybe you should review where you are going for information, I feel like we've had this "i haven't seen anytning" before. But I will oblige: We could start with its contributors include a lot of his advisors, such as Peter Navaro and Ben Carson for example, with the exact purpose of laying out agenda for a "Trump second term"; or..Russel Vought, author of P25 and former director of Management and Budget for Trump, getting caught on a hot mic stating that Trump is very supportive of these efforts but is distancing himself from the project to avoid ammunition from Democrats. These are just a couple examples of the more than 100 former advisors during his administration that are working on the project.......and they are not at all hard to find.

Not cultish at all…… Question for the minions: when he loses again, do you think he’ll pretend he’s going to run in ‘28? Or do you think there is going to be, as he stated, a bloodbath??
-
Yeah but….wait….”MAGA MAGA MAGA!!! OWN THE LIBS!! RAH RAH RAH! This is pretty much what I’ve been saying around here. There is no policy in there, or anything he presents, other that trying to act like he has nothing to do with Project ‘25, and all the minions run and believe him. The election couldn’t come sooner, he’ll be officially irrelevant and riding off to the sunset (aka prison), the fever will break and republicans can again start focusing on what will actually win elections, which is actual, traditional conservative policy back on the board.
-
Did I say “when you write an article”, or did I say “when you post”?? Talk to me more about impairment. Or do you want to wait to see what Trump has to say about it first??
-
When your willing to post your belief in Vladimir Putin (but parrot for us some more Trumps ‘komrade Kamala’, would ya ) and on top of that, believe that one of the most prominent and impactful conservatives over the last 30 years not being able to vote Republican , is a reflection on the other side……no, not delusional at all. You’ll be okay youngin. Only a couple months left until that fever starts to break.

One of those things where, I’m probably not going to put the time in, but interesting to see how many bouts at the Olympics were two Russians against each other, then to take it a step further, how many were two Dagestani?
-
I do, as indicated in my post above, I just don’t take any of his whining too seriously. Thats not a surprise around here…
-
They didn’t fall into a cult…not at all
-
Nope. Well aware. Just don’t care. You see, I’m not one who looks around for every reason to whine about how unfair the nut swing gets treated. I am of the belief he has made his bed, and I don’t mind him sleeping in it. But I know it hurts. Don’t worry, it’ll all be over soon.
-
Yes you got me, that delay took place yesterday, where’s I posted the timeline this morning. Good gotcha moment. I look forward to your next parroting act.
-
Thats what he’s having a hard time understanding, the judicial process. But being parrot boy sure is enlightening. When he comes up with a new nickname next week, how giggly are you going to get?
-
Appreciate the question. Greco is actually my #1 preference, but at this point I kind of roll with the tide.. That said, I’m going to introduce all three styles, and I would say I’m going to focus probably 70% on our feet. Particular with the younger groups it’s going to be more about fundamental movement and skills rather than a bunch of technique. In my area, you don’t hear much about, or see, the seven basic skills; the 3x5; and stuff like that.

Are Republicans Insecure About Their Masculinity?
WrestlingRasta replied to red viking's topic in Non Wrestling Topics
It is not clear to you, and that is not a surprise. -
It’s a kangaroo court because it is following the judicial process, now that’s an interesting take.
-
Judicial process: Step 1: Grand Jury invvrstigation Step 2: Grand jury puts forth indictments Step 3: trial on the charges in front of a jury of citizens Step 4: jury of citizens verdict Step 5, at a later time, sentencing. In this case, sentencing is set for Sept 18. (Information that is readily available if you’re interested).

Interesting topic at the right time. I’m in the process of opening a club that I’m going to run more like a rec program rather than a USAW club, basically for that exact purpose of not focusing on competition as much as development. Instead of a ‘season’ where we practice a couple times a week and tournament every Saturday, we are going to do six week sessions, throughout the calendar year. Community wide program not at all tied to a HS with the emphasis of just coming together and growing. Would love to take in any tips or feedbacks. Starting/ managing programs is nothing new to me, been doing it for years at every level, but it’s been in the focus of competition in the past. This is more of a recreational development for youth (with a couple HS training sessions thrown in each week as well)
