  1. Mirasola lost to Max Dean in the consolation side already. He’s done. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. He lost his second match, to Trent Hidlay. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Feet to back: 4. TD + 2 exposure via a gut or lace: 4. Secure a TD and get 45s of exposure? Yeah, that's 2pts, dawg.
  4. I was out of the room; how did BB take McKenna to his back, and only get 2?
  5. That's a BS non-call in the BB-McKenna match. BB is so clutch. Holy crap.
  6. Any ability to watch replays?
  7. I like watching Mesenbrink wrestle, but when it's an Oklahoma State kid, I'm positively giddy.
  8. I did not have Facundo taking down JB on today's BINGO card. Or Facundo leading JB at the break.
  9. Penn State fans like me are quite pleased. That kid is going to be a terror at 197.
  10. Connor Mirasola has two more TDs on Brooks than the entire NCAA did this year. Mirasola 2, NCAA 0.
  11. Lilledahl with a clutch TD to take out DeShazer. Also, interesting that he was registered with the NLWC already.
  12. The larger (174) one ended up at Northern Colorado. Went 11-4 officially, 13-5 unofficially. Wasn't their starter, which was weird because the actual starter went 6-10 on the season.
  13. That was a regrettable incident on Gilman’s part. Also, Starocci is trying too hard. He’s not actually an asshole. Downey? It comes naturally. That’s not an act. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. I think PSU is going to have a hard time keeping Mirasola the Smaller out of the lineup if he wants to go. He's going to be really, really good. That said, I think if Kerkvliet comes back, both he and his brother take a RS.
  15. BB has a much stronger freestyle resume in the last year. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. But there was only one rep. Now, you could face 2 or 3 medal-worthy reps from former Soviet countries plus an Iranian on your way to gold. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. I like the cut of your jib. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. It's kind of a running joke; DT and Cael refer to Casey as the strongest man in the world. Casey's wife/Asher's mom, Tara, was literally the strongest women in the world. That said, Asher appears to have inherited quite a bit of his parent's good genetic material and he is incredibly strong. He's also the number two 165 in his graduating class, per Flo, so he's rapidly moving up the ranks.
  19. If Facundo and Barr end up being AAs this year, great. But, neither of them are pinners or have any kind of real top game. And they don't have incredible offense. I think that their time in the PSU lineup is going to be limited. Ryder, Henckel and maybe Sealey and Cunningham could all grow into 174/184 options. Cunningham is going to be the strongest kid at any weight class he enters. He's a late bloomer and won't be taking any of the team's 9.9.
  20. BB is coming back. Carter is not. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. At the PSWC banquet Haines said he’s going 165. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. If Sasso can wrestle at the D1 level again, that's a huge win. Given that he was rumored to be going 157 this year, I don't think there's any chance at all that he goes 149 unless he's lost a significant amount of muscle in his time off the mat.
  23. I'm going to sarcastically quote rabid no step on snek crowd: My right to free speech (liberty, guns) is God-given, and not given to me by any person who has served in the military and died in the service of the country. Also, claiming that someone is pissing on those who died in the service of their country is a bit dramatic.
  24. He's one of the many kids at 157-184 that will be entering the lineup over the next couple years that make it really hard to predict who will go what weight, and who will start. I think next year is relatively "known", aside from maybe BB and Kerkvliet. But the log jam at those middle-upper weights starting in the 2025-2026 season is going to be wild. I've been a little disappointed in the offensive development of both of the Davison, MI guys. While I think both Facundo and Barr will start this year at 174 and 184, respectively, they also both need to improve dramatically in terms of set ups and finishing.
