  1. Also: I want to see a 195lb, wide as a house Dake. He was really, really good as a sub-86kg, 86kg wrestler. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. I’m guessing rolling with Cael, Brooks, Varner and Snyder is a pretty decent training situation. Four Olympic medalists around your weight is pretty decent. Maybe better than one. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. It's almost like they seem hellbent on ignoring the most logical explanation and skipping right to the most absurd. Yes, someone not yet born is filing for unemployment, Elon. Totally.
  4. And now, he's going to work with Lilledahl, Davis, Ono and Blaze. Translation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wSqWc88Qj4U
  5. So, they have to provide the same benefit to everyone, but, because a high earner can contribute more, they get a higher match. Just tossing out numbers here: A company provides a 200% match. A person making 250K tosses in their 23,500, gets 47,000 from the company. Their employee making 100,000 can't do that in many cases, but puts in 8% of their pre-tax salary, and gets 16,000. Make 2.5x but receive a 3x benefit because they can afford the loss of pre-tax income. It pays to be rich-ish.
  6. The number of SPY calls in the 10min before Trump officially reversed course tells me that there was some serious insider trading going on yesterday.
  7. I believe he just got engaged, so, neither are an apt description.
  8. Pretty sure Penn State just got one back... Will be interesting to see if RBY follows him back home.
  9. I'm guessing Pinto didn't like the cut down to 174. He dwarfed Haines. I was kind of shocked to see how much bigger he was in comparison.
  10. OSU's lineup has a lot of questions. Witcraft is done, so Hughes can move up to 141. At 149, WS has Jamison (R12 this year) and Swiderski listed. At 157, WS has Teague Travis, who went 2-2 (R16) at NCAAs. Seems to me that they bump the loser of a 149 wrestle-off up to 157. Both of them are better than TT.
  11. If you were planning to maximize your earnings on a 401(k), TSP, etc. for this year's contributions, what are you thinking about your allocations right now? In an ideal world, with normal year over year gain, I simply dump 1/24th of 23,500 into my 401(k)/TSP every pay check. Typical dollar cost averaging. But, with markets crashing right now, what are you planning on doing? Increasing contributions until you max out early? Holding firm? Decreasing?
  12. He’s doing both. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. What is your problem with that, exactly? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Ben Darmstadt and (Dr.) Enock Francois are almost certainly upgrades over what CSUB had to offer.
  15. Maybe AJ lacks morals, integrity and self awareness, but is actually really, really smart? (It hurt to type that, BTW)
  16. Oh, I'm not disagreeing with you on Barr. I think he could trim down a small bit and still keep the motor.
  17. Sure, but BB was dwarfed by people at 149. Barr was giving up some weight to guys like Buchanan, but at least he wasn't 4-6" shorter than him. BB would have been a 133 for many other schools.

  20. Like, I dunno, Parker Keckeisen? Carter beat the #2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 guys in the country. The only 2025 AA he didn’t beat at some point in the season was Foca, the 5th place finisher. Adding some patsies to the schedule doesn’t help him, other than pad his stats. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Given that HWT matches are almost twice as likely to end in a FALL as any other weight class, that's not exactly the best method of comparison.
  22. Talented kid whose body couldn't hold up to the demands of the sport.
  23. Here’s Aaron Brooks playing with his food, er, Buchanan: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Agreed. With Haines at 174, I’m guessing Welsh will battle his club teammate for the 184 spot. And then someone will drop down in 26-27. And Ryder has been getting a lot of reps in with Haines, a 5Xer and Barr. Meanwhile, Henckel and Cunningham Jr should seriously consider spending a year at the OTC (or NLWC, TBH) as a GS.
