    it's a conversation. i didn't say i'm concerned about it. but you intimated that it's not a recurring thing when it indeed happens with increasing frequency all because of 'feelings' and sensitivity. stanford published a whole list of new terminology they were going to implement. do you not recall the roundly mocked list of terms PETA put out a couple years ago? if you don't find it interesting or humorous, fine. but i do.

    i watched a bunch of it. a lot of theater for sure. the non answers with these things (just like the Jan 6th hearings) are to be expected and yet still frustrating. overall - i think it's pretty evident the FBI is corrupt/flawed in that they take directives from politicians. i was pleasantly surprised that Jayalp pressed Wray.

    Cmon, Vak. you're being disingenuous. the whitewashing of language is both ridiculous and pervasive. someone (stanford maybe) did away with calling it 'field work'. 'birthing people' for what used to be known as 'women' etc etc. it's not the end of the world, but it's comical.

    i haven't banned anyone, and certainly not Mike. LJB was, to my understanding, given a temporary ban for posting something obscene. @BobDole knows more. i'm not a big fan of banning or censoring anyone or any topic but when it occurs, feel free to ask why.

    appreciate you Vak. and all of you for the debate and sharing ideas. i believe whether we agree or not, it makes us better people. i certainly understand my tone often comes off as if i'm angry, but i assure you i'm pretty calm and secure lol. anyway - i love all the conversations on here and am thankful for them.

    the more i think about it, i doubt it would be hunter's. 1) he wouldn't be that stupid and why wouldn't he just keep it on him? there's a clip of him literally doing a zoot while on the white house balcony. so he obviously did have it on him. 2) let's not act like coke use is rare. there was probably numerous people on the sauce that day.

    i thought (i could be wrong) that he had a very legitimate claim that Twitter presented X number of users but that b/c of fake accounts/bots that number was a lot lower. seemed legit to me, but idk.
