I really like his stuff...as he says he doesn't use a lot of salt in his seasoning...which I really like as I am not a big salt guy. However, I will say you have to use a lot of the seasoning to truly get the flavor, which is very good. I think one of my next ventures will be to start making sauces...the ones he makes look so good! I have wanted to try the meat church ones too...they good?

I saw that one...and totally agree! I bought the Dan O's variety pack and have tried most of them...my favorite so far is using the Cheesoning and Premo when making cheesesteak on the Blackstone...so good!

I didn't word that very well...it is all the same cheese, Philadelphia block cream cheese, I am just going to season them 4 different ways. I am going to do a spicy chipotle, everything bagel seasoning, a Mexican blend, and then one using Dan O's Premo seasoning. Have you smoked cream cheese before?

Can you provide any proof that "he has tremendous support amongst young jews"? I searched and couldn't find any source that indicates he has much support from the Jewish population in NYC. Also, I watched several clips of the news reporter asking if he condemns the phrase "globalize the intifada" and he never condemns it...he talks around the issue and says things like you indicated above but that doesn't mean he condemns the phrase. I truly question why he can't just come out and say he condemns it.

Seems like an articulate guy but does go extreme on some issues. I have a hard time believing he would get elected considering the amount of Jewish people in NY, but who knows. He especially lost me when he said that there shouldn't be any billionaires and that the money should be spread out equally...yikes!

What would be more interesting to me is to study the type/personality of a person that turns into a Christian/Muslim Fundamentalist and uses religion to justify the killing of other people. To me that is where the understanding probably starts versus focusing on the religion. But who knows maybe this has already been done.

Good question...honestly, I didn't see, nor not see in the documentary that I would say wasn't true...my point is that I personally would never say any documentary is 100% correct as I am sure that there are things about said documentary that wasn't included, left out (on purpose or otherwise), or wasn't available to include in the documentary. Anyway, that is just how I view any documentary that I watch, and I love watching them...more than I do a movie.
