  1. That’s one of the fake pictures I was talking about. This girl is not suffering malnutrition from a lack of food, she has, and is being treated for, a condition that prevents her body from absorbing nutrients from the food she eats. You’ll notice her mother doesn’t look malnourished, and neither does her brother who was cropped out of this photo.
  2. Appeals court threw out Trump’s ~$500 million fine from New York trial. Not reduced, thrown out. https://www.cnbc.com/2025/08/21/trump-fraud-new-york-appeals.html

  7. I’ll bet they’d figure out how to do math using numbers if you took away their gov’t checks.
  8. Typically non-responsive. I’ll ask again, do you not believe Bill Barr? To expand a little, do you believe that after all the criticism he has received, that Barr wouldn’t jump at the opportunity to damage Trump?
  9. POSTED ON AUGUST 19, 2025 BY JOHN HINDERAKER IN IRAN, TRUMP FOREIGN POLICY IRAN’S CRISIS DEEPENS Iran has been out of the news since a U.S. attack devastated its nuclear program in June. What has been going on, out of the view, as far as I have seen, of the American press? The London Times headlines: “Reformers urge an end to uranium enrichment as crisis grips Iran.” If you run out of water and electricity, you are in deep trouble. One should note that if Iran had a civilian nuclear power program–which it doesn’t–electricity wouldn’t be an issue. Emphasis added. These warnings are especially significant because they come from “an important pillar of support for the relatively moderate president Masoud Pezeshkian.” Without a normalization of relations with the U.S., conditions in Iran are dire: The regime’s unpopularity has led to calls for other changes, as well: The mullahs so far have rejected calls to abandon their nuclear ambitions, but restarting weapons development will take a long time, given that the U.S. bombing “heavily damaged Iran’s nuclear facilities,” while Israel’s targeted strikes eliminated important military leaders and nuclear scientists. So Iran is in a state of economic collapse, with runaway inflation, increasingly worthless currency, and basic necessities like water and electricity intermittently unavailable. Thus, a large majority of Iran’s people want to get rid of the mullahcracy. But totalitarian regimes can take a long time to die: see Venezuela. We can only encourage the Trump administration to keep up the pressure, in hopes that Iran will, sooner rather than later, rejoin the real world. https://www.powerlineblog.com/archives/2025/08/irans-crisis-deepens.php

  11. Is the OP just wild hare reporting? “Police said that the suspects were released after being questioned, but added that indictments were expected to be filed against them. According to Hebrew media reports, Alexandrovich returned to Israel after his release and was not arrested upon arrival. The Cyber Directorate said the official reported that he was detained while in the US for matters “unrelated to work,” and that it was agreed he would be placed on leave until the matter was clarified. The directorate added that it “had not yet received official details from US authorities,” and that “if and when such details are received, the directorate will act accordingly.”” https://www.timesofisrael.com/senior-israeli-cyber-official-detained-in-las-vegas-as-part-of-child-solicitation-probe/ “Alexandrovich "did not claim diplomatic immunity and was released by a state judge pending a court date. Any claims that the U.S. government intervened are false," the State Department said Monday on the social media site X.” https://www.rgj.com/story/news/2025/08/19/us-denies-intervening-in-case-of-israeli-official-accused-of-nevada-sex-crime/85724914007/ Or just lies?
