A couple of posters must be getting real loopy feeds and have wandered into cartoonland. I’m saying the SS failed. Dimocrats have made it painfully obvious that they want Trump dead, from offering legislation to remove his SS protection to trying to imprison him for life. We know that this regime has denied SS protection to RFKjr, and it’s now rumored that there’s been some skimping on Trump’s security detail.

You mean the question posed by Paul? RL doesn’t know what he’s seeing. Trump was looking and gesturing to the right because there was a screen there displaying charts and graphs that he was speaking about.

The ‘ploy’ is to not shoot the shooter until he’s done his job or becomes a liability. He wasn’t shooting blanks.

He may be right about the smell, but wrong about the direction. Fletcher Prouty advised that coups happen not with a superior force making an assault, but rather when the guard is pulled back just enough to let the assassin in. For all the praise the Secret Service is getting, they didn’t prevent anything.
