So these boys will be hitting the roster in 2025 - at which point they still can redshirt. No pressure to squeeze them into the lineup now - and no one can truly replace Starocci and Brooks, but these are two high caliber additions to the team.

There are a couple of guys like Kharchla who appear to be injured and less than 100%. So a dark horse by health, but not by skills. Another is DeAugustino (who after placing fourth, is on the outside looking in for AA spots this year).

Wrestlestat shows Flo broadcasting EIWA. I think last year that ACC and Big 12 were both on ESPN or ESPN+. Big Ten on the Big Ten Network. Completely unsure about SoCon, MAC, and Pac-12. NCAA were on ESPN I think.

Yeah absolutely - in that respect, you kind of expect Steen to feel like a favorite. Another factor though is that weight back in 2020 was at 113. In the following season, Steen was at 120 and placed third, while Fischer went all the way up to 126 and won states. I almost put it at a coin flip for today because I feel like Fischer is a full-sized 125 and will have a strength advantage vs. what Steen may have in a wrestling advantage.

fun fact about 125: Gary Steen beat Joey Fischer 4-2 in sudden victory in the 2020 Pennsylvania AA state finals. Should be a fun rematch there
