  1. maybe if we can ease the burden on vak and LU - we can quote the person who is picking after us to help streamline
  2. sorry man as far as I can tell, @lu_alum is doing the hard work while you are trying to take all the credit :P
  3. seems like a WC - he knows what weight he's at
  4. and now I'm hungry for a panini again...
  5. two plant guys in a row? you gotta be kidding
  6. I texted him and he responded affirmatively
  7. thanks to @lu_alumfor going pedal to the metal and ensuring we got started even before the 7pm expectation
  8. holy shit. please tell me more. I had thought that this diet would not be well received in the macho environment of wrestling, but maybe, because of the losing weight, there is a sense of being able to relate to sacrifice for a greater cause.
  9. only if you use "alternative cheese" (eg. cashew, almond, coconut, soy, etc). Ten years ago they were atrocious, five years ago awful, and now are just starting to figure out how to make it palatable
  10. dude let me know if you come out to LA
  11. https://www.random.org/lists/ you can use this if not
  12. As a general rule, I hate other vegans, but Jerry and Phillips seem like exceptions to the rule
  13. For the reasons that I became vegan (causing pain and suffering in animals which may be unnecessary) I view your approach as the second best option after abstaining from meat. If I ever eat animals again, it will be an animal that lived in the wild (not capitivity) and I would want to be the one to personally hunt it so I wouldn't hide from the responsibility of what it takes to produce meat
  14. I just looked up your address and ordered you a pizza (extra mushrooms)
  15. Dude I never had this plant based chorizo! Also - I am shocked that there are other herbivores among these boards here. @Jerry Callo@MPhillips. Eight years without intentionally eating animal products for me as of May 31st
  16. but anyway - totally disappointing to charge for extra lettuce. regardless of the price - its a matter of principle
