By this time, he'd been unable to pay his employees, so he'd lost his company. He'd sold off most of his equipment to try and keep going, but you're in a lawsuit with Donald Trump. So he gets a check for 1.2M after Lawyers bills. He sells his work trucks, what little he's got left, he goes to the bank, deposits the check, he sends out the money he owes(vendors+former employers). He gets back in his car, drives under an overpass and puts a bullet into his brain.
