    Nagao beat Kai Orine last year in a match where he lost the takedown battle 2-0, but still won on escapes, riding time and a reversal. This was not the only match last year he won that way. With the 3 point takedown, he was bound to probably lose more. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Between Gilcher, Adams, both Mantanona’s, and Cam Catrabone in 2024 it did always seem like Michigan was going to have too much of a log jam at 149-165. It’ll be even worse if Lemley can’t hold 141 but I’m sure he can for at least another year or two. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Logan Swensen is going to be a beast, but I feel like in high school he’s displayed a similar lack of offense that his brother has.     Just telling you what I heard from someone pretty close to the situation. The cut wasn’t hard this year and they believe that 174 is an option. One thing I feel certain on is that he’s either gotta change weights or transfer, unfortunately if he wants to keep wrestling because like you said. McEnelly is special.     He really isn’t though. He was dwarfed by Plott and smaller than Rogotzke and Berge. From what I’ve heard, his cut to 184 isn’t that difficult and if he does return, they plan on approaching him about 174. He’s about the same size Devin Skatzka was his last year.
