I think he will be a legit factor in that bracket. Robideau and Millard should place high at 70kg and 74kg. Then of course you have McEnelly who should be the favorite at 86kg, Nelson should contend at 92kg, and Hopke should be the favorite at 125kg. Attao is super tough though.
