  1. He needs to keep his lightning bolt in his pants.
  2. Stiles beat him in OT 8-5 at the wrestle-off. It was a good match. Hamblin led early and looked pretty good. I think this could be a weight that we see them both get some starts.
  3. Are they going to redshirt Skellenger? Good to see Rogers at 174.
  4. Clinton just did that for the Dems....
  5. To his credit he has become very good at calling for a stall, being a 3rd coach in a corner, crying to refs and checking the score table 30 seconds after a match to see why the team score hadn’t changed. I will give him that.
  6. Do you have other results? Speaking of Stanford...tough schedule.
  7. Speaking of Purdue, where was Rowley for wrestle-offs? I was surprised to see Quintero up at 133. I thought he was a 25 lifer.
  8. Yeah I addressed this in the other thread when a poster said they got 50 people out for duals... the average last year or the year before was over 400. Of course the big name program fans scoff at that, but I am a fan of the little guy and the underdog...so Go Camels!
  9. We needed an update heading into the first week .... many thought this would not be possible.
  10. Almost 1 year to the day...
  11. I was expecting a much closer match between Walker and Mauger. Mack needs to put on some size while Walker is cutting down, but I expected a closer match. Two good young guys in the fold.
  12. I see Davino and Bouzakis both getting starts and the decision carrying out into January.
  13. I agree he will probably end up at 141, but he has wrestled the last few FS tourneys at 61kg. On another note, what is the deal with the Larkins both delaying a year?
  14. I don't see any true freshman listed, but he is listed as a student.
  15. Speaking of portal guys... good article here on Brockman... https://www.northjersey.com/story/sports/college/iowa-state/wrestling/2024/10/24/iowa-state-wrestling-utah-valley-transfer-evan-bockman-ready-for-last-ride-184/75802071007/?fbclid=IwY2xjawGHUqhleHRuA2FlbQIxMQABHRaQSqw_OXDjuMOqEG3TFA3KU_8m_8Xc7ZXWf68CTLh2dRN72xMlOBMtHw_aem_lNmBQnPcyfzSVxrGncg3MQ
  16. He went to NC almost 3 months ago....
  17. Iowa...Ok State...Ohio State...North Carolina....Las Vegas Invite...
  18. Things are heating up!
  19. I think. you can if you are an admin. In "text results" you can get an entire round of all weights. I think that is the most data you can pull at once.
  20. He struggled with several concussions. He was out for an entire year. For some of it he could not even work out at all - no weights, conditioning, etc. He came back second semester last season after sitting 12 months and had a pretty successful return. He has been healthy since. He wears protective headgear now due to his past concussions. He won a wrestle off with Wilson before the concussion issue, but I am not sure how much progress he lost being out 12 months. Manning seems to talk very highly of Wilson and seems to think he will be the starter there, which is obviously the best source.
  21. Interesting interview and lineup breakdown. No mention of Jagger Condomitti... Do you see him pushing for a spot? What weight?
  22. Spot on... when a handshake meant something... forget verbal, being signed and on a roster is now fair game. It's how some teams stay relevant.
  23. But is still able to be contacted by coaches without penalty....which is why the verbal has been a joke for years. Hence the term "flipped"
  24. "In its place will be a new financial aid agreement that will provide many of the same functions as the NLI and will be tied into a contract related to an eventual revenue-sharing model across college athletics."
