    Okay, then what is? They have the most eyeballs on their events. They have replaced boxing in the culture and that is a good thing. Wrestlers dominate. Its accurate as to who the best fighter really is.

    MMA is the pinnacle of combat sports and I would wager good money she makes her way over there in the near future. Women's MMA is actually quite profitable.     Went in 2011, and it's a great town for hosting the tournament. I'd be lying if I told you I remembered the name of any of the places we went, but I know it was fun.

    What is the completion rate for guys who use all their eligibility for wrestling? I've seen some really low numbers in the past. I can accept that some people like it, but the majority are burnt out and just going through the motions.

    Most of my team was burnt out badly. Yes, I see glory in the struggle. The good times are plenty. But, let's not act like its not a living hell.

    for the kids who are pictured on the right hand side of this forum, who have just signed up to be miserable and malnourished for the next 4-5 years of their lives? I was young and dumb and thought I would win NCAAs and got smacked down by reality, just as most of these guys will. Poor guys. Don't tell em.

    just make a freestyle season as another NCAA season, like indoor and outdoor track.

    The format of the Olympics sucks. Pools would be much better. The margin of error is razor thin and any one of 8-10 guys per weight could win it. Pools account for this better than the current bracket system. Also, bring 2 per country. Swimming brings 2 per event. Grow the sport. Make more Olympians.

    Cael just turned 45. Gable retired at 48. I wonder if Cunningham is staying at PSU despite offers to be a head coach because he knows that Cael is on the backend of his career. What else does he have to prove? I have to think he's got enough cash stacked up to enjoy the next 50 years of his life and to set his progeny up pretty nicely. When will he call it quits?

    People who rise to power in these kinds of organizations, more often than not, have the exact wrong psychological profile for someone in a position of power. I'd suggest getting a lawyer and having that person send a scare letter to USAWTX leadership. However, lawsuits take up time and energy and are rarely worth the stress. Is a duel still a legal means of recourse in Texas?

    My wife disagrees with you about watching more football. Those guys are athletic. Give Gable the same roids they are on and they are in the same conversation.

    Gable will easily carry 300 lbs. Aaron Donald is a good body comp, once Gable gets some of those untestable NFL supplements. DLine in the NFL is one of the least skilled positions. He has a chance to stick. I've come around on the idea.
