    it all depends. in some cases it can prevent you from getting tested. however, drugs and masking agents are generally far ahead of the testing so it doesn't really matter.

    125 should not be an NCAA weight class. Nobody cares about these tiny little guys. Wrestling is the only combat sport in all of the world where people pretend to care about tiny little guys. The show is anything 174 and up. I am on board with cutting 125 and 133.

    this has nothing to do with why. that was a long time ago, they underperform every year and their scream at the ref and make them call stalling BS is tired and played out. they are the limiting factor in Iowa's success (if you can call it that). Iowa is about winning national titles, and they are failing badly.

    The current weigh in system was created for athlete safety. There haven't been any catastrophic issues since the 90s, and that is good enough for me. There have been many studies where people had their weight checked matside at events to see what kind of fluctuation there is post weigh in. I'd be interested to see those results to know what we are actually talking about.

    I feel like letting FILA run rampant with their known issues for 30+ years prior to us being dropped had as much to do with us being dropped from the Olympics as anything. When did we get dropped? When did women's wrestling get added? What kind of weak leadership did it take to allow medals to be taken in order to create medals for women? Not a troll post. Calm down.
