  3. Started out at Minnesota, I think he redshirted that first year. Not sure if he wrestled in opens, but was in the room.
  4. I don’t think it would go very well for the D2 and D3 guys against D1 AAs. I wonder what a dual of D2/3 Champs vs 7th place B1G tournament guys would go.
  5. We received the "no means no" talk every year.
  6. Are you sure they were told specifically not to commit sexual assault?
  7. It's generally not illegal to use a sauna.
  8. Can Churella be awarded his NCAA Championship now?
  9. Destin originally committed to Wisconsin, but then Pritzlaf and Frayer left, so he never ended up going there.
  10. Yes, but I have to be honest I googled it just to be sure!
  11. He lost me at "shaked."
  12. Learn which weight class allows you to come in a few pounds under while at your natural weight.
  13. Shhhhhhh, you found a realistic loophole!
  14. Lewis was up a couple weight classes when he made his "comeback", which added another level of difficulty. He was active on the old board when this took place. He said he cut over 20 lbs just to make 74 kg (?) and he was so old and out of shape he couldn't wrestle to train for Northern Plains, it would beat him up too bad and he'd get hurt. All he did was ride the exercise bike and hit the sauna.
  15. The running over a rat thing is so stupid, it almost has to be true. No one would ever make up a lie that ridiculous.
  16. How about PSU vs All Star team?
  17. Wisconsin AD Chris Macintosh has shown he will make a big move (Fickel) and is a former Wisconsin high school state champ. I am sure he knows Askren. I saw him attending the state finals that Askren wrestled in when Chris was a football player at Wisconsin.
  18. People in Seattle must be fans of The Wire.
  19. Randy Lewis has told stories about unfair weigh-ins at competitions in eastern Europe. Of course, that was over 30 years ago...
  20. The Iowa-Illinois tuition reciprocity ended a couple years ago.
  21. Let us not forget the Bobby Douglas affair.
  22. Latin America originally included Quebec and Louisiana too.
  23. That's actually not a bobblehead, it's a scale statue.
  24. Wow, at that point might as well just do one big round-robin!
