It's speculation on my part, but seems the likely outcome. He has barely seen the football field in his college career but will have wrestled 3 full season by the end of next season.

Keuter is having hip surgery which means he's going to miss an entire season of football. It seems given his trajectory (starting 0 games so far and now missing a whole season) he's done with football, which is sad because as a 4 star recruit playing LB for Iowa, which has produced a ton of NFL draft picks at the position, he seemed destined to be playing on Sundays. The good news for wrestling fans is Ben will be 100% dedicated to wrestling going forward which means he will probably win at least 1 NCAA title!

Also relevant is that Ryder has 4 years and Welsh only 3.
