I'm not sure he has interest in MMA, but he certainly has intriguing physical tools to be a heavyweight MMA fighter. Big without being overly bulky, long arms. Not sure if he has the killer instinct to be a fighter though. Then again, I don't think I ever thought Nickal had that either and he seems to be dong really well.

This is overly harsh. Tom Ryan is a great coach who has dealt with immense personal tragedy and handled it with grace.

As a PSU fan (and double alum) I am loving the domination by Penn State over the last decade and change, however I can’t help but wonder if Cael’s unadulterated greed with stockpiling or poaching talent will ultimately be his downfall. Is he alienating recruits and creating a ruthless reputation as someone who is always looking for the next best thing? I can only imagine the insecurity his current roster is feeling in the wake of these recent portal bombs. Again I’m not saying I dislike this action, but I fear it’s going to bite Cael in the butt someday soon.

Unless Haines is going to redshirt. Zach Ryder is very good and is a capable starter. Unless Welsh mans 174, Ryder 184 and Haines takes a RS this move doesn’t work.

Some wrestlers and some fans say it is "obvious" certain wrestlers are using steroids. If it is really so clear cut and there is hard evidence (beyond the fact that a wrestler has acne on his face or went up a weight class or two) what is stopping athletes, schools or even fans from taking action an notifying the NCAA and insisting they launch an investigation? This is a honest question. Some claim it's a "slam dunk" type of case, and if so, you would think we would see dozens of investigations with many athletes being punished.
